I love working with Hoodaki, I have dealt with them now on more than 3 occasions and the face that Urvashi Jenni, remembers every past trip I took and my preferences is mind blowing. I love that Jenni, always works with you and the budget and includeds all preferences for her to give you the absolute correct flight/ holiday options that work for you. She takes her time as well so there are no repeat questions and she gets it right every time. She is efficient, caring and I will not book through any other company than Hoodaki. Thank you

Flight booked, outbound Gulf Air fine... return cancelled re middle east. Travel Agent responsibility to help reschedule & assist return. They continue to claim 'not us' but it's not airline ... its clearly stated. We're pensioners, they left us high, dry & stressed & stuck!! Come on guys.. be fair & do your job to assist. Don't ignore emails & shift the blame !!!!!

Great clear and concise advice with efficient and knowledgeable staff member called James. The booking was made with good patience and speed with James over the phone.
