This is the second time I have used this company through Roger. He was able to source flights to the Caribbean and even managed to get cheaper flights by changing our dates + one day.
Additionally, he was able to get our party of eight connecting flights from Glasgow to London.
All things going well, I will recommend and book again in future using Roger.

I am publishing this review to warn other travellers about the deceptive and negligent practices of Benz Travel Limited (trading as Hoodaki.com). Following a forced involuntary airline schedule change, Head of Sales Ricky and agent Eva used our tight visa deadlines to engineer an alternative transaction that hiddenly inflated costs.

The Financial Overcharge:The agency collected a gross total of £4,678.46 from our family group. Direct verification with the operating airline's backend system confirmed the actual total cost of the tickets was exactly £3,790.14.

Benz Travel Limited pocketed an unearned, hidden surplus markup of exactly £888.32 outside of standard dynamic market pricing.

Gross Administrative Negligence - While Eva and James actively withheld our travel documentation and claimed artificial processing delays, we checked the live airline portal ourselves. We discovered they had completely omitted our infant passenger from the flight manifest.

The infant was entirely absent from the operating airline's database despite being fully paid for and listed on our internal agency paperwork. It required intense emergency pressure from our end to force agent Ronn to step in, rectify this, and manually generate our e-tickets.

Fabricated Updates and Broken Promises - Eva repeatedly claimed delays were due to a "formal name correction sync" and attempts to "group family seating together". Email logs prove they had the correct details for six months, and direct airline checks showed our family party had actually been completely separated and scattered across the aircraft.

Support agent Pam gave a verbal operational commitment to have our issues sorted within 15 minutes, which was completely broken, while James used a fabricated script about a "Phuket booking" to completely disregard our active flight emergency.

A formal enforcement complaint has been opened with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) ATOL Compliance Desk for unlawful surcharges on involuntary rerouting, and a file is being opened with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

Avoid this company at all costs.!!!!
