Impressive next day delivery
Impressive next day delivery. 4 trays were broken and replacements arrived the very next day also. Perhaps the packaging could be better to save on breakages/replacements. Otherwise excellent.

Magical Service!
I bought large magnetic coloured letters to use as props in a magic show. There was a hitch in their arrival, and everyone at Hope dealt with this - and my further purchases - personally, with care, charm, efficiency and speed. So much so, that, but I've added Hope to my list of Favourites for the quality of their customer service and their range of goods.

What an incredible company but an even…
What an incredible company but an even more incredible human. Kelly. I had a problem that was nothing to do with the company but the ordering system. A product that sold out in minutes "Needoh" ☺️. I was so upset as this product is in high demand and I was so pleased that I had got one, but then the order had to be cancelled as there were to many orders for the amount of product. Something "Hope" had not experienced before. Anyone that knows what a Needoh is will fully understand. Anyway I sent a heart felt email to Hope, and Kelly not only replied to my email, but also called me. She was touched my email and she became a guardian angels 😇 and sent my neuro divergent daughter something similar to make up for what happened. What an incredible human being!! To possess that much customer care shows one's pure heart. I would highly recommend this wonderful caring company 100 stars 🌟 if I could. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kelly, for going above and beyond for me and my daughter ✨️✨️
