Great support.
Your support has been amazing, providing clear and patient instructions when I needed help, which is one of the most important things for me, along with uptime and security, when choosing a host.

Hostfactor Review
I have been with hostfactor.eu now for over three months, I have one of their reseller accounts and I must say for the price it's well worth it. Their servers are fast and I've had no issues with connections or down time. I would defiantly recommend them, keep up the good service Host Factor..

A pro web developer gives his thoughts on HostFactor.eu
I went on a well known professional web hosting forum looking for a new host. I have been with my current host for over a decade who I also found on the same forum. I wanted to expand my vendors and perhaps get better pricing. I was looking for a hosting package with a good amount of disk space, easy sign up, excellent choices of data center locations with good load times. Very happy with HostFactor.eu! There is a package for every kind of client, excellent pricing with the latest sales. Just a touch slower on load times compared to my longtime host, but at a fraction of the price with a lot more disk space. Perfect for my needs for my Porsche enthusiast website I am currently developing.

Incredible Support Experience Today
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation.
Even though it’s Sunday and my ticket was marked as medium priority, I was amazed to receive a clear and accurate response from Alexandra within just 2 minutes. I genuinely couldn’t believe how fast and helpful the reply was — it’s the fastest support response I’ve ever received.
Hats off to Alexandra and your whole team for setting a gold standard in support.

Scam and false prices charge forced taxes
This site trying to force you to pay taxes. The system automatically detects you in the European Union, high hidden fees from United States IP. When changing the taxes, they deduct them, but the order was immediately marked as fraudulent when the payment was made through PayPal. Their sales response was that I had to deactivate my VPN, which I refused because they are not an authority or the payment processor to violate my privacy. So easy to verify where my PayPal account is from to verify that I am not "evading" their taxes. Rude and Poor pre-sale service. Want to charge almost 5 euros in additional taxes, they do not warn about this in any published offer or on their website.

Dear JesuSarao,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few important points for the benefit of others:
- VPN Usage and KYC Policy:
For fraud prevention and to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, we do not allow orders placed via VPNs. VPNs can obscure the true location and identity of the user, which raises fraud flags in our system. This is a standard industry practice to ensure security and transparency. We kindly asked you to disable your VPN for verification purposes — this is not a violation of privacy but a security measure to protect both parties.
- Tax and VAT Transparency:
Our system defaults to Germany, but as clearly shown at checkout, VAT is removed if the customer is detected or selects a location outside the European Union. If you're not from the EU and your IP/address reflect that accurately, the VAT is not applied. This mechanism is automatic and also visible before payment is made.
- Payment and Fraud Detection:
Your order was flagged as fraudulent because the billing location and network location (due to VPN use) did not match, triggering our anti-fraud system — not because of any intent to overcharge. We encourage transparency and offer full invoicing, and all fees/taxes are shown during the final steps of checkout before confirming payment.
- Support Conduct:
Our team strives to maintain professionalism and respectful communication. We reviewed your ticket and can confirm our staff remained courteous and explained the situation clearly, including how to resolve it.
We remain available to assist if you'd like to complete your order without using a VPN, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
