A most pleasant experience with customer service. They understood my issue immediately, followed thru in a very short wait time and answered followup questions I had to make sure I understood each one. One can't ask for a better result.

Cant change anything or switch nameservers even if I am the owner of the domain.

I invite people to collaborate, they don't get an account number, so they cant even use the chat feature which needs the account number.

My site went down around 1 in the morning and I had no clue what happened. Probably panicking more than I should have been, but I needed it back up and didn't know where to start.

I opened the live chat mostly just to see if anyone was even there at that hour. Jericho responded pretty fast. faster than I expected, anyway. I wasn't explaining things clearly at all, kept jumping around, but he didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time. He poked around on his end, found the issue, and had things sorted out within maybe 20–30 minutes? I honestly wasn't keeping close track, but it was quicker than I thought it would be.

Haithem was awesome in handling my website issue.

When ever I have a 'Backend' Issue I feel safe with contacting the Gurus at HostPapa for my needs. It can be something simple that I am overthinking, or something major, like the use of a new App.

Over the years I have used Hostpapa and they have been so helpful with a couple of technical issues, mainly due to user error. I have pretty much always found them patient and understanding, either via phone or chat. Bit pricey on the hosting renewel, but overall a really good company to deal with.

Jericho M is the best agent at host papa, I have spent over 10,000 with them on different servers, and to be honest their support is better then any other server but there is an agent there named Jericho M who has solved every issue I've had over the past 2 years and he does it via the chat, no tickets needed, no waiting, they just get it done. EVERY SINGLE TIME. if you got a problem at host papa then pray that the agent who opens your chat is Jericho M because your issue will be solved, you have 100% peace of mind working with this chat agent, they need to be the CEO of host papa, words can not explain how thankful I am to Jericho M for keeping my business running when issues occur. and issues happen, that's not a reflection of the service but the help you get doesn't compare to any other server and I have used a lot of them. please give Jericho M a huge raise.... or bonus...

Very disappointing support experience.

I contacted HostPapa because my business website had a serious malware issue. Their support advertises 24/7 service, but I spent more than 12 hours going back and forth without getting a clear answer or a real solution.

The most frustrating part is that they did not clearly tell me from the beginning that malware cleanup would require a paid add-on service. Instead, I was told the issue was being checked, the technical team was involved, and I kept waiting. Only after many hours did they say that I would need to purchase Protection Power for malware cleanup.

This wasted a lot of my time and left my business website affected. If malware removal is not included in regular support, they should say that clearly at the beginning instead of making customers wait for hours.

I also asked for technical details about the infection, such as the first infected file, the source of reinfection, and whether the issue was limited to one domain, but I did not receive clear answers during the support chat.

Very poor communication, slow handling, and unclear expectations. I expected much better from a hosting company that promotes 24/7 support.

I have used HostPapa on and off over the years, for various websites. I can't get over how quickly they respond to tickets, nor how helpful they are when they do. They explain things in such a way that I can understand, and anytime I get stuck, they offer to quickly step in to help.

In a world that is quickly being overrun by non-human interactions, HostPapa makes me feel seen as a client, by other people.
