J'ai eu un problème de réception de courriels depuis la veille et en appelant la deuxième fois, j'ai eu la bénédiction de tomber sur lui. Il a pris son temps pour me guider étape par étape avec beaucoup de patience et bienveillance. Il a posé les bonnes questions et il était en mode solution, exactement comme j'aime et il faut travailler surtout en support technique.

P.S. : Le premier agent nonchalant qui m'a répondu (vraisemblablement en vacances en Tunisie) n'a rien fait à part ouvrir un autre billet et me dire que j'allais recevoir un appel...Je suis travailleur autonome (courtier immobilier) et chaque minute, heure compte, chose qu'il n'a certainement pas compris. Une chance que j'ai décidé de rappeler un peu plua d'une 1h plus tard...

HostPapa has the best support. Today, my problem was solved quickly by Cherry P. She even provided links so i could see what was done and invited me to get back in touch with her if the problem is not resolved. That is what makes the support special - a real person you can reach out to. HostPapa has hosted our web site for many years and I have reached out to support several times and always been very pleased with the help.

I have been with hostpapa since 2019-20. I have seldom encountered technical issues but when I have, their technical team has resolved any issues I might have had without leaving me hanging - This is a top-notch website provider with expert technical support teams.

In 6-7 years, I can count on one hand how often probs might have occurred.

Website performance is excellent.

I have been a HostPapa user for a long time now, and they continue to impress me with their diligence and dedication... not to mention efficiency. I would say I'm a "tech consumer" but nowhere near advanced enough to understand everything I need to understand to manage and run my own website from the backend, HostPapa has been there for me through some really tough times.
