Customer support is lacking
The customer support is difficult to get ahold of. I spoke with someone who initially sent the voucher over and he said he would call me back to get the reservation adjusted, never called. I called again the following day and requested a call back in the queue, was told it would be about 15, 24hrs later NOTHING. Was able to just book reservations on my own but would have appreciated the ability to ask questions...

Flat out lied to
I was trying to get emergency lodging for my daughter after a delayed flight and dangerous neighborhood where her hostel was located, and the person who answered, when I asked if I was speaking to someone who worked directly for the hotel I called, said yes, when that wasn’t true. He also said the room was available when it wasn’t, so my daughter showed up to the hotel after traveling 24 hours, and wasn’t able to check in. Totally disappointed and will make sure to never use this system again.

Everything was great for my one night…
Everything was great for my one night stay comfortable bed comfortable sofa bathroom towels, I would like a little bit more bar of soap in the bathroom and a little bit more cups as well to but other than that it was a great fantastic experience. I will be booking again and more to come.

How professional she remained.
The lady was very nice and patient even when I mistook her for a robot and was hollering into the phone because I did not believe she heard/understood me. Felt really bad when I realized she was truly a person, but did not say anything.
She continued to be very pleasant and polite in spite of that…. She did a phenomenal job! And if you can, please apologize for my rudeness and explain I truly thought it was a machine due to intermittent transmission, beeps, and the fact that she continued in the same tone.

Can’t understand her
Can’t understand her. Our reservation is for May 26th but we have until June 2nd to cancel with a charge. Per the email. She had my loyalty number but still asked for all my information. Please get people that speak English.
