Rapid Relocate -Terrible company

Hastings Direct appointed Rapid Relocate to find us a home to live in for 4 weeks whilst our water damage was fixed from a burst pipe.
I was told they were going to get in contact a month before hand, 4 days before we were due out of the house they finally got in contact after I unsuccessfully could t get through to them. They make out it is a great company and very professional. It turns out that they only look for homes on AirBNB and even then it can only be a Super Host which means nothing on that site. They offered me the same property several times even though the host confirmed it was not available for the whole month. It was like ground hog day when they offered me the same one as before. I ended up after not being given anything appropriate, having to book something myself and now awaiting a refund from Hastings. The service was sadly awful and I would highly recommend you avoid it. I’ve complained to Hastings about them as they really do not help.

I was offered a part time job at home job doing fake reviews. Wasn't clear at first and I asked about a contract. Was told that it's a 5 day probationary period but everyone has to submit 66 'fake' reviews every day or not get paid. That's if you don't receive a commercial order. I received 2 'random' ones and wanted payments of £45 then £19.20 to claim a bonus!? I only paid £45 before being told about the demands. I have contacted my bank and the police. Hopefully I'll get my money back. Oh the commission can't buy a tin of beans! They are a joke and one to avoid. It's only a matter of time before they get reported by the relevant agency. I just want my money back. Have been misled.

This company recently contacted me offering a job. After a few questions I can tell you they are a company that writes fake reviews, no more, no less. They said I don't even have to visit the hotel to make a review, so how they're legit I don't know. Avoid at all costs lol and the places they review as their reviews can't be trusted. This place is a joke

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It is actually Rapid Relocate that I have had the problem with who are have the same holding company as Hotel Shop, same directors and same offices. Rapid relocate (don't) find accommodation for people on behalf of insurance companies for people that can't stay at their home. The whole dealing has been traumatic and caused lots of tears. You don't know whats happening and they try to force you into inappropriate accommodation such as 10 changes in 3 weeks as a single parent with child with learning disabilities. They get admin wrong, so you are kicked out of accommodation unexpectedly and you never know where you are going next. Difficult to get hold of and some staff are very, very rude.

To add to this review I have been contacted by the senior management team of whom I am impressed with. Hopefully something will come into fruition and I can say something positive? But in the meantime a star.

Great experience and excellent service, we visted this place with family and stayed. Good Rooms with excellent service. highly recommended for everyone
