What a great friendly service. No pressure selling, lots of relevant information and a full test drive before we bought. Dawn was superb throughout and nothing was an issue. On site training was excellent and made simple to understand. Installation team were very polite and friendly. Would recommend this company to any potential hot tub buyer. Price was the most competitive I have come across and I’ve done plenty of research in this department. Thank you hot tub world and well done to the team.

Great hot tub, great service, and onsite installation a dream even though access was really challenging

Purchased a hot spring relay from hot tub world , after having a test run one Sunday morning . what a fantastic company and people to deal with from start to finish , the sales team are always happy to help and the installation guys are very polite and professional . Any emails or calls are always answered and the least little things are delt with .

We went to visit Hot Tub World several times. They were always helpful and very informative. They are clearly passionate about Hot Tubs and making sure customers get the right Hot Tub for them. Never pushy. But always honest. We have had out Hot Tub one month now, no idea what we did before buying it. We have used it every day since it was installed.

Excellent customer service from testing the tubs in the showroom and getting the advice and guidance needed. The installation team and delivery was seamless, excellent team with extensive knowledge and really friendly.

Knowledgable, enthusiastic and very helpful. Having had 2 previous hot tubs we explored what was out there and Hot Tub World could demonstrate and let us try a selection.
There was no sales pressure but genuine caring attitude.
