Brilliant service, great staff, fitters were outstanding

Great advise and great communication from hot tub world, I would recommend calling in and talking to the staff, very helpful and I knew straight away when I wet tested there I would be purchasing one.
Just got out of ours, it empty’s your brain of thoughts, so relaxing😌😌

Sales staff are very knowledgable and my husband and I did not feel pressured into buying. The engineer who came to do a home inspection was also very informative.
On the day of the delivery everything went well but I did wait longer than expected for the team to return after filling but was told this had been a communication breakdown and a member of the team came out immediately. Overall the staff have been very helpful friendly and have advised me in after servicing help I would recommend hot tub world to my friends and family.

Absolutely brilliant service..we were recommend hot tub world by a friend who had also purchased a hot tub from them..we recieved a very good deal on the purchase price .We were concerned as we had a very difficult entry to get our hottub into the garden. Their expertise ment they suceeded with ease...we are more than happy with our hot tub.and use it daily..any problems just a phone call and their customer service is outstanding..i would definitely recommend ..this compny.

I purchased a hot tub for our home earlier this year (2017) and am very happy that I purchased from the Hot Tub World shop. Being able to physically see the tubs and the colour variations stopped me from making a huge mistake by picking the wrong colour tub too!

When it came to the installation part though - this is where I was glad I bought from the shop. They were on-site and present during the entire craning and commissioning procedure (yes, we had to have it lifted over the top of our house!!!) and put me at ease throughout the whole process. They got the whole tub set up in no-time and we were in it the next morning!

We recently had a problem with our control unit. Although it wasn't really a problem as John at the showroom sorted it out for me in three days flat. They had a complete, new control unit delivered and commissioned by the hot tub maintenance and warranty firm they use and there was absolutely no cost. That's why I bought a tub with a decent warranty in the first place so they backed up what they advised perfectly!

To conclude, I am an avid internet purchaser but I am glad we purchased from the Hot Tub World shop due to the level of service, experience and professionalism they hold. Buying a luxury product on the cheap is like buying a Bentley on eBay - it will cost you a lot more in the end. Our tub is amazing, all our friends want one and those that have bought cheap poorly made units are already considering changing. Thanks Hot Tub World for making our purchase an easy one and giving up peace of mind. PS I used to drive by the shop over 15 years ago and wonder "who buys hot tubs from there?" ha ha. Now I know why they have been in business for so long!

Was recommended to try here by a friend before I bought a hot tub. All the staff at hottub world made the buying process a joy. No pushy sales pitches, just informed, helpful and knowledgeable advise. Excellent delivery and installation and perhaps more importantly great after sales care. Would highly recommend definitely 5 stars from us.
