Amazing service from start to finish. Customer service very helpful with my queries before placing the order then prompt contact with delivery information.
The delivery driver, Donald was so helpful and considerate. He made our onward task a lot easier.

Although I only wanted a small piece of timber I was treated the same as a large contractor .

Driver was great have elderly in laws and they were pleased with how he manoeuvred the driveway.

Ordered 3m lengths to be cut down to 2.6m which was on my order and on the delivery note.

However due to an error with their printing system, this wasn’t passed to the relevant person before they were loaded to the lorry.

Disappointing when I even rang them in the morning to double check it would be done.

I ordered four featheredged 4ft x 6ft fence panels which, with me living within 5 miles of Howarth's Accrington depot, were delivered free of charge within 3 days. The product is high quality and very competitively priced and has enhanced the end of my garden significantly now I've installed the panels.

I made a last minute call in the hope I could get a delivery on a Friday, knowing there is usually a 5 day lead time the guy i spoke to on the phone said don't worry I'll get it there Friday, Friday morning came (I had to work and was in Newcastle) and before 10am the driver turned up, he delivered to my house and then next door, smile on his face and was extremely helpful..guys I'm sorry I didn't get your names but sure you know this is you..well done fellas from a happy customer in bolton

Good price , great delivery

Simon was awesome, I went to find wood for door thresholds having no experience in timber yards he made the entire experience simple just providing him the measurements they cut the wood to suit.
Claire on reception was also very helpful & efficient. 5 star service

We visited the Howarth Timber in Corby to purchase a kitchen and Sue was brilliant. She gave us so many ideas for the kitchen, including the different designs. She was also very patient with us whilst we were deciding the final touches, and any questions we have following the kitchen being fitted. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend anyone to visit the showroom!

Good fast and easy service

The delivery was good the driver was really helpful and happy to place the bags where I asked so I could cut the bottom of them to make sure the shale went where I wanted it too.
Took a bit of time to arrive unsure as to if it is plum slate as the slate i have down is no where near the same colour.
I have been told once it gets wet it will turn the same colour. We will wait and see . Overall great experience.

Everything was great. Really appreciated the call to clarify the colour of the stone after ordering so I could amend my choice. Delivered without issue on expected date. Would use again.

The web site is easy to use, however the communication from the store afterwards is poor with no feedback on delivery times
