Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgable, friendly and brimming with honest, practical advice and ideas.

Ashley redid our kitchen layout what must have seemed to her like eleventy-billion times, dealing with changing scope, architect plans and my latest 'great idea'. Let's just say it took me a while to commit to a specific range.

In the end, I got an absolute belter of a kitchen that I'm delighted with, it meets all our needs and looks absolutely fantastic.

Many thanks to Ashley, her breadth of experience across building, planning and the Howden's range was invaluable.

They usually have the stock you need and if not they can get for you in a couple of days.

We recently chose Howdens to supply a new kitchen, after visiting other suppliers.We were impressed by Daniel’s knowledge, the care showed in helping us to choose the individual units, after a visit to our home. All this was done without any pressure from Danielle. The units were delivered on time and fitted as promised. We are more than happy with the finished kitchen.

Excellent staff and order processing.
The only downside is that Howdens don’t have their own delivery service, the charge for using their preferred courier is so expensive.

Attended at the Ardrossan branch to view their range of kitchens. While there we met Danielle and she took us through their range and arranged a home visit to measure up.
Following the visit she produced drawing and we subsequently purchased a kitchen and flooring at a competitive price.
Danielle was very helpful and would encourage us to use the branch for any future renovations.

Right from our first call to ask how we go about getting advice and design for our parents kitchen, the service we have received has been excellent. Danielle has been extremely helpful and very caring and understanding. Our parents are elderly and Danielle has taken all that on board, advising best options to improve things for them in their kitchen. Home visit to measure up was great and she spent a lot of time chatting through our concerns and showroom visit was the same - she was very patient and helpful, nothing was a bother. The timescale for getting plans drawn up and pictures was excellent too, only a matter of days, which has been great. The whole process so far has put my parents minds at ease, as they know they are in good hands. Thank you.

Staff friendly and helpful, David looked for tools and equipment and brought a variety of goods to choose from. He went to the store area and uplifted the items ordered and brought them to pick up area. Went above and beyond to help customers.

We have been dealing with Ashley specifically, in the Ardrossan branch for all of our projects over the last 2/3 years and we can't sing her praises enough! She is a great designer and comes up with great ideas/layouts. She also has the patience of a saint for dealing with us as customers.

This was a unexpected joy of a experience, done in a very ambitious timeframe with a real eye for detail and focus on what mattered to me. The design was turned around fast and it picked up all the opportunities to make use of my quirky kitchen space. Ashley made the design and selection process really flexible, being able to show me how the different options would work. Being able to source matching worktops, appliances and high quality flooring meant the whole room design and finish looks perfect. The benefit of Ashley's experience saved me many hours of trawling the internet for design ideas and appliances to fit. The whole process was seamless and easy to get a finished room that looks great and was done with very little stress. There were no surprises in the installation process, that was evidence that the planning was excellent and that made fitting straightforward. Very highly recommended !
