The team at Bermondsey are very helpful and welcoming . There is a very good professional atmosphere there. On this occasion however, things did not run smoothly. A new salesman failed to warn me that the base unit I had ordered did not correspond to the drawer set. Also, one incorrect package was included in my load. It took three visits to get a set of parts which fitted, though not a single pre-marked drill hole in drawer front, drawer kit and base unit could be used and all had to be measured.

Great Service.
I’ve worked with most of the major brands and their suppliers and Howden’s Bermondsey has been the best thus far.

Howdens and Merlon - A future together
We have only been dealing with your Bermondsey Branch for a period of 2 weeks but have, already, promised them our continuing business on the basis of the excellent, knowledgeable and efficient service that we have received in all aspects of the 2 orders placed so far. As a consequence, we are now in the process of placing 2 more, significant, orders with this Branch as it has been a pleasure to develop such a good relationship with a supplier in such a such period of time. We must mention, in particular, 'Ryan' who has been central in all matters relating to our orders and who has convinced us that our future Kitchen and Joinery requirements are best served by 'Howdens'.
