A Dream team made my dream kitchen
Big shout out to all the trades that made my dream kitchen a reality.
Went to Howdens Burnley where Lee, Sean & manager Joe supplied the units and design.
The kitchen fitter which were brilliant a great job by Martin & Kerry Fitzsimmons so helpful and worked without causing any stress in fact the whole process was stress free...so a big thank you to you both.
To Granite House who supplied the quartz which is stunning they were very helpful and have a great showroom in Preston.
To Carl who did the template brilliant.
Also to Luke and Marc @ Elite worktop installations..who did a fantastic job fitting the quartz.
SO A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL GREAT JOB

Very happy with the quality and design of the kitchen. Martin & Kerry from Fitz kitchens made a fantastic job of fitting, can’t recommend them enough, in fact we are already planning for them to do more work for us, only problem , they are that good they are extremely busy!!!! Which is an endorsement in itself! 👍🏻

I've been dealing with the Burnley…
I've been dealing with the Burnley branch for decades now and never had a problem. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing and really know the products. They assist and help me from start to finish from design to delivery. Chloe and lou are the dynamic duo and are really helpful. All the staff including Joe the manager are really clued up. I've had hundreds of kitchens from this branch and I keep going back with good reason to. I would highly recommend using this branch to anyone wanting good service and professional advice with people you know you can trust. So much more than just a kitchen and bedroom outlet. All the staff are amazing, well done , Bravo. I just wish all my other accounts with other merchants were as good as these.

Contacted Howdens regarding idea's for a new kitchen as we were having an extension. Emma-lee came to out to see us. She was really professional and gave us so many idea's. The designs she produced for us were gorgeous it was hard to choose. We arranged to go into Howden's to look at colours, cupboard styles and work top designs, Emma-lee knew exactly what we were after and guided us to what we have now. I love our new Kitchen and I can't wait to show it off to our Friends and Family. Thank-you so much Emma-lee.

We booked a kitchen design appointment…
We booked a kitchen design appointment with this supplier over three weeks ago. Since then, they have visited us twice, but no actual service or progress has been made on our kitchen design. Unfortunately, this has resulted in three weeks of wasted time with zero output. The experience has been very disappointing due to a clear lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no follow-through. We expected better commitment from a company in this space.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service processes moving forward.
