Howdens - Camberley Reviews 

I’m writing this review to thank Andy Shenton from the Camberley depot for always going above and beyond. Nothing is too much of an issue for him from finding out warranty issues to organising big orders. He’s extremely professional and works to a very high standard whilst also maintaining a good balance with his sense of humour and friendly banter. We are always quick to write a complaint but never a positive but in this case it’s well deserved.

The guys at camberley have been brilliant over the years we have used them. The management team Terry and Andy have always gone above and beyond to help brilliant service though out the depot one of the reasons we continue to use howdens over there competitors

I’m a regular user of Howdens camberley. The service is always superb. Especially Andy he always goes above and beyond to help myself and my company in resolving any issues that may occur. Great communication and always friendly and helpful. 5 stars is a no brainer.

The team at the Camberley branch are always helpful, informative and come up with great kitchen designs for our customers.
All items are of great quality and any problems we have when fitting, the team are able to quickly resolve.

We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens in Camberley as they were recommended by our Builder.

The experience with Howdens Camberley has been excellent, especially Shaun our design consultant. This is the first time I've purchased a kitchen as it is for my first property, as such I had lots of questions. Shaun was patient and informative, the design he came up with was appealing.

Having purchased the kitchen and had it installed I can say I am very happy with the quality of the units and appliances. The color scheme matches very well, despite my initial reservations and the Lamona (Howdens own brand) appliances are good quality and of matching/contemporary design.

The after sales support from Shaun has been outstanding, we had a scratched door which was immediately replaced and Shaun gave us a free cutlery drawer organiser as we had forgotten to order one. Howdens and Shaun have resolved any after sales issues quickly and effectively. Shaun is a consumate professional who knows his chosen industry well and has taken care of us as if he was designing his own kitchen.

I highly recommend Shaun and the team at Howdens Camberley.

Amazing customer service, always understands the tight schedules we sometimes have and they go out of their way to ensure products are delivered and received as soon as possible.

Speaking directly to Andy Shenton at the Camberley Howdens makes my job so much easier. The product knowledge and problem solving is why I continue to use them for all my projects.

The positive:
I ordered a kitchen from Howdens. The designer, Shaun, was great. He listened and made constructive suggestions. The resulting kitchen is just what we wanted.
The negative: Only one delivery person. He had no equipment to help him bring in heavy and awkward units. Minor damage to one unit was inevitable. More serious is that one person cannot possibly lift and move these units safely. Injuries are inevitable and it this lack of care for staff is worrying.
After care: adjustments to order were promptly dealt with and a faulty unit replaced
All in all, as a customer, I would recommend Howdens Kitchens. But if I were thinking about invest in shares, I would want reassurance that action was being taken to look after staff and to avoid an inevitable personal injury action

Totally disappointed in Howdens and have no desire to use them again. Spent a considerable amount of money on a bespoke wardrobe and the sales assistant didn’t add enough wood to actually have any shelves or a plinth to attach the door hinges too. Complained to the same sales assistant and had to fork out another couple of hundred for more material. Total joke. If I accept a quote I do not expect to have an incomplete unit at the end. Money grabbers. No care for the customer.

Alfie made planning our new kitchen pain free and easy. Will totally recommend.

Great customer service and great designers couldn’t ask for any more

We are delighted with our new Howdens kitchen, designed and ordered, through the Camberley store. All the staff at Howdens have been extremely helpful and professional, guiding us through what has been quite a long process due to changes in design plans. Throughout this process Howdens have continued to give us a very professional and friendly service. I would particularly like to mention Shaun at Camberley who was extremely skilful in helping us with design ideas and suggestions. Shaun was also very helpful in arranging transport to and from a storage unit for us. Shaun guided us towards a fitter who did an amazing job.
Shaun was a pleasure to deal with.

A few days have passed since I created the account and I still can't buy online and log in. I made purchases in the store and on the website my application was being considered. It's very irritating.

Alfie at the Camberley branch, helped us to design a new kitchen. He was great, listened to what we wanted, what we were able to move within the existing kitchen and came up with some great suggestions and ideas. He couldn't have been more helpful.
My only negative comment is NOT with Alfie but with his coleagues. Our consultation was in a room which had two access points. The rest of the staff seemed to think it was acceptable to use the room as a short cut to other areas of the site whilst a consultation was taking place. Very irritating and unprofessional.

Always did everything I needed from start to the last item to any project I have.

After a disappointing start with the service I received.
I then had a phone call from a gentleman called Terry that was helpful and sorted the issue out
