Howdens - Charlton Reviews 

In Jan 2026 I spoke to Michael from the Howdens depot Charlton about a total kitchen refit. He has consistently not shown up or emailed as promised. I have provided numerous measurements and twice waited for him not to show up to measure the kitchen himself. I was hoping to have a new Howdens Kitchen by now.

I truly recommend Howden at Charlton. They provide you the best possible price. I have purchased with them twice and great experience. Excellent customer service from Steve and Nassy. Entire team including delivery drivers are very helpful in any steps of my purchase. Even after 1 year, if I have any issues with my appliances, I immidiately got help. Really appreciate their customer service.

Nassy prepared a great design for our kitchen and showed great patience whilst we changed things several times. When site dimensions meant that some units needed to be swapped, she arranged this without a hitch. We are very pleased with the process and result.

Her communication was great, and she made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Sales consultant Nassy made the normally stressful task of buying a new kitchen so easy. She was always quick to answer further questions by text or phone afterwards too. Best of all was her honest advice, knowledge of her product and charming manner. I’m so pleased with the final results, a lovely new kitchen and built in wardrobe in the bedroom. Nassy was incredibly helpful and determined to make our dream renovations into a reality. She had a really hands on approach with not just measuring but also ensuring the build was done correctly! Her knowledge and expertise was really noticeable during all our discussions and was really glad to have her on our side! The whole Howdens team at Charlton had great communication and really friendly and the quality of the material itself was also fantastic and high end. In fact, any issues with it, they were more than happy to replace parts to ensure the best possible outcome. Cannot recommend enough!

We used the Charlton Howdens for our renovation in 2019 and again in 2025 to create a new kitchen, utility room and mudroom. The team were very helpful and made great use of some of our awkward corners. Georgina in particular caught a discrepancy at her site visit and was able to adjust our plans accordingly. Highly recommend and would use again if we had any spaces left!

From the moment we were introduced to Georgina Arnold from your Charlton store we had the most positive experience. We were recommended by several people to use Howdens and we ate so happy they we did.
We weren't sure what type of kitchen we wanted/ colour or style. The guidance and help we received from Georgina was second to none. The plans she produced were sent to us within a day of her coming to our home to measure and discuss what it was we hoped to achieve with our full kitchen / utility room refurbishment.
Georgina was really patient with us when we asked her to change certain things, we changed our minds a few times!
She is so professional and approachable. responding to our queries within a very short time frame and worked around our schedule for meetings and delivery dates/times.
