I recently visited the Howdens Hornchurch branch to have a look around and get some ideas for a project. Although I wasn’t making a purchase on the day, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions without any pressure and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great customer service and a knowledgeable team. I would definitely recommend this branch and will be happy to return when I’m ready to buy.

Howdens at Hornchurch always get me what I need at a speedy turnaround and good price. The quality and personal attention from the team there is excellent. Dan always delivers on the kitchens, designing made to measure well designed fit outs.
The manager, Gary, and the rest of the team have served me well for years and will hopefully continue to do so for many years to come.

She explained all about the product and how the purchase procedure would progress.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially as a business owner myself, but this experience left me with no choice.

After spending a few thousand pounds here, I was told I qualified for a gift reward. However, each time I came in to collect it, I was asked to return another day as the manager wasn’t available. This happened multiple times.

When I finally managed to speak with the branch manager, he refused the reward outright, despite his staff confirming that I had previously asked for it. The way this was handled was disappointing—his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

Due to this experience, I have chosen not to return and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a few designers from other kitchen companies come in, but Dan really stood out. He thought outside the box and was honest about what would and wouldn’t work, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, he brought my vision to life even better than I imagined.

We went back and forth quite a few times making changes, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Dan and the team were always on hand to help, patient, and very accommodating throughout the whole process.

Delivery was also impressively quick, even for the additional parts we added along the way. Overall, a really smooth and positive experience — highly recommend!

Mathew recomended a fitter and gave me his number I had an 8 day nightmare the mess was
appauling the whole fitting was bad with cuts a 7 year old old could have done better Fridge freezer was fit wrong pipe work leaking finished work was promised left ready to decorate nothing was finished. The kitchen is average standard and expensive delivery charge was added without me knowing i returned items didn’t get refunded for weeks until I went in and waited 1 hour to get my money back i complained to the Mather. And the manager butted in with threatening behaviour which im taking further

Great service as always 10/10 nothing is ever a problem plus Danny from front desk just give me a super deal on a kitchen,Hornchurch is now my go to branch of Howdens .

Danny was very helpful and polite throughout, he paid attention to detail and was accommodating of me when requesting multiple changes to the designs. I highly recommend working with him.

I would just like to thank Danny for all he’s help designing our new kitchen layout. Together, we got everything we wanted in the available space. We are extremely happy with the finished result.
