Howdens - Leyland Reviews 

I was thinking of buying a new kitchen and I was advised by a couple of builders to use Howdens, I’m so glad that I did.
It all started with a free design carried out by a great guy James part of Team Leyland visiting our house and discussing our options, chose our style and went back a few days later to see the design on a large screen tv which was really impressive.
Decided to go ahead with the purchase and a delivery date was agreed with a courtesy call to tell us it was on its way, delivered with cabinets ready built which is a godsend.
On fitting if the kitchen fitter had a small problem he talked with Team Leyland @ Howdens and talked him through solutions to the problem and could even return unused items if they could not be used.
Now the kitchen is fitted it’s beautiful and just like the design pictures, I can’t recommend them enough so if you’re looking for a kitchen get down to Team Leyland @ Howdens and get the great guy James round to your house to get the design done.

Really happy with service offered by Howdens. From start to finish the process was so straightforward and super quick. One week to turn around from template to install. The lads who did the install were great, clean and tidy and very professional. So happy with the end product. Kitchen looks amazing now.

We recently required to update our Kitchen....Having previously used Howdens , this was our first option to look at...

Today we went to Howdens in Leyland to organise a new kitchen. We had given our measurements last week but had another appointment and had to book in for today. Excellent Service. From reception, to our designer who patiently went through many different options with us. He guided us through the design process. He made some great recommendations and was really helpful and honest getting us a kitchen we were happy with and could afford. The rest of the staff were great too. One lovely lady ended up on babysitting duties whilst we went round to see various options. A big thank you to all the team you made what could have been an exhausting and stressful experience pleasurable.

Made a phone call yesterday asking if plans were still available for a kitchen we bought over 10 months ago. Due to different things we are only just fitting it. Couldn't open the CAD plan we were originally sent. Not a problem. Received a copy within 2 minutes. Thank you

Good products but whichever depot you go to there is always something missing from the order, Or the price can be more expensive than bnq! Transport and the price structure need looking at, all staff at the depots are polite and couldn’t try harder

I absolutely can’t fault Howdens you have a great team working there in particular Ellie, nothing is too much and she is incredibly courteous and always wants to help. To have someone like Ellie is very rare these days, I sometimes feel we lose sight of good customer service but Not with Ellie she is amazing. Oh and the kitchen is fab too !
