The delivery was arranged for a specific date 11/12/24 and we were advised the delivery would be early morning when making the purchase, this was important as the house is empty, no one would be on site and would have to meet the delivery wagon. We also rang the day prior to the delivery and advised an additional contact phone number in case of any issues. Despite this, the delivery did not arrive, by mid afternoon we rang the depot, they did not have any delivery booked for us and said they knew nothing about the delivery. This was quickly corrected as they realised the mistake and the delivery was completed that afternoon.

We have been into the Howdens Runcorn Depot this week in order to sort a kitchen out for our extension. Honestly, Sharon has been amazing from start to finish. She came out, listened to what we wanted, asked out budget and must haves then 3 days later had it all designed, costed and demonstrated for us. No pushy sales tactics, just good honest conversations. Would definitley recommend

The team at Runcorn was fantastic and I could not have asked for a better experience. They could not have been anymore helpful and went out of their way at every stage to accommodate what I wanted to achieve and within the short timeframe that I had to do it in. Sean and Serena were amazing at advising and helping to choose exactly what would work best for me and my budget and I could not be any happier with the outcome, the kitchen looks stunning and exactly what I wanted. I will be recommending to all friends and family to visit the Runcorn team and to choose a Howdens kitchen.

Really helpful staff in particular Danielle, Jim and Sean the Manager. very knowledgeable about the products. Also great availability of products and such great flexibility on delivery.

Eventually got exactly what I needed and within budget. Thrilled. Staff very helpful and polite.

The implementation of a new system badly failed ,, it should not take nearly 25 minutes to buy a box of screws

Not happy with the Designer giving the Price to Customers. When I asked about the situation She told me that you don’t go into Marks and Spencer for a Jumper and Not Expect to be told the price. I was under the impression that Howdens worked for me and Not the Customer. Her doing so cost me a Lot of Jobs, I’ve fitted Hundreds of Howdens kitchens for firms I work for and when I asked them, They said that the prices were given to them,Not the customer. This was inspite of the fact that I made it Very clear that the price was given to Myself

Superb. helpful and comprehensive support including plans from Mark. He could not of done anymore for us. Would highly recommend the local team.

This is the first time I've ever bought a kitchen and I contacted Howdens after a recommendation from a family member who had dealt with the Runcorn branch recently. I had a big wish list for a small kitchen so when Mark came to my home for the first appointment he had quite a challenge. He was friendly and helpful and had lots of valuable advice and suggestions and between us we worked out a way of fitting everything in. Within a few days of the visit he emailed me some 3D pictures of my new kitchen design and invited me in to the branch to discuss further. All the staff in branch were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I was given plenty of time to choose all the appliances and worktops etc. Everything was explained well and without any pushy 'sale talk'. I also met Sharon who helped me choose some items. There's a good selection of products to view in the showroom so I came away knowing exactly what I was buying. I am yet to have my kitchen fitted but so far, so good and I would definitely recommend the Runcorn branch

Just ordered 15 internal oak doors from Jim at Howdens Runcorn whilst they were on a reduced price offer.
Jim then rang me as a further weekend only offer had just been announced which would save me a further £500 on my doors & we managed to apply this.
My next project was to save up to fit oak laminate flooring in my hall & this kind thought from Jim has allowed me to go ahead & order the materials for the job ! Excellent & thoughtful service which reflects so well on Howdens - thanks Jim 👍

Great team. Applied online for a trade account and within 24 hours all was set up after a swift visit from Dave.
A week later he came back and measured up for a new kitchen in one of our rentals.
Next was a booked visit to Mark who went over the design and once confirmed organised the delivery for later in the week.
Cheers Guys
looking forward to the next renovation.
Will definitely be using again.

For Kitchens, skirting boards, arcs, I would not go anywhere else. Howdens Runcorn always look after me, friendly staff and great prices and Jim on the front desk is a legend. Always willing to advise and assist, a credit to the company
