Howdens - Slough Reviews 

Great service as always and more kitchens designed and installed with the support of senior designer Raj who we continue to work closely with to provide kitchens with both great form and function. The service from all staff at Howdens Slough at Huntsman Close never fails to meet or exceed expectations, and nothing is too much trouble for the whole team to ensure the design and supply goes smoothly and to plan. Since my last review we decided to switch to Howdens for the supply and fit of custom quartz worktops by their in-house expert team, providing us with a convenient, cost effective one stop shop option, adding to our regular purchase of flooring, doors, hardware and timber products for our refurbishment projects. The worktop templating service was fully digital ensuring a perfect fit first time. Communication throughout was great with regular updates, timed delivery slots and reliability all the way. Once positioned in place the utmost care was taken to carry out the final fit and a very thorough clean completed a first rate job. The client was overjoyed at how seamless the whole process was and the finished article including worktop, up-stand and large island incorporating sink and drainer set off the Howdens top of the range kitchen perfectly. There were a couple of items that needed exchanging due to slight changes made during installation and Howdens ensured the parts were available without delay enabling us to stay on schedule. A well deserved review of a great supplier to my business who I’d highly recommend to both trade and home owners.
Looking forward to another successful year with Howdens and seeing the grand opening of their new showroom and depot set up in January.

Howdens Slough - just want to say a huge thank you to Jaspreet, Khaanye & H for their service over the past week. Ordered my internal doors and some accessories for my house refurb - the team have been nothing short of fantastic with their help & advice! I have needed to exchange a number of items due to changing my mind and the team have been so accommodating, even securing items at a nearby branch just so I can get my doors fitted before Christmas. Really appreciate their efforts and understanding - will be sure to recommend Howdens Slough!

The staff are always very helpful and friendly help you with anything your not shore about.They stock a large range of stock for all kinds of jobs and are always have deals on every month.

One of the worst customer service experiences.
Howdens is possibly a good company, but their Slough Branch customer service is very poor, and the staff is not helpful.
I bought the kitchen from Slough Howdens, and the recommendations were not appropriate to the design when I asked to make the necessary changes and replacements, the staff was not cooperative.

Excellent service and Kitchen. DON'T order lamona white goods, problem with parts missing and not taking any responsibility. The first part was the grill handle told it doesn't come with that model but have the grill. And the DRAIN HOLE PLASTIC PLUNGER for the fridge freezer same thing said in the manual it comes with it and told no we don't stock it and passed around. I feel once they have your money and delivered goods that's it. No aftercare.

The worse kitchen i ever bought in my life cheap quality, missing screws overalll bad i will not gonna buy again and i will not recommend!

They over sell add wrong products for no reason at all.

I always remain loyal to the 'original' Slough branch of Howdens in Whittenham Way. All the employees are fantastic. Very friendly, great product knowledge and extremely helpful. They always have good stock levels and if they don't have what I need, they go out of their way to get it asap for me. I will continue to use them for all my kitchen and joinery needs.

Really horrible experience with Howdens they never communicate with customer properly and design given by them has not gone expected we had to change units because of their bad design. Never go with them again.

Different prices for different accounts. They issue commission based prices to traders and difference on certain items are about 90%. Avoid if you can.
