Slough accounts opening team very strange and unhelpful Dear [Manager’Concerned Authority],

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the service I have experienced with the Account Opening Team. Unfortunately, the process has not been smooth, and I have faced repeated delays/miscommunication all time

Despite submitting all required documents on 16-09-2025 my account been opened, and I have not received clear updates on the status. This has caused inconvenience and affected my ability to complete transactions, access services at slough howden

I kindly request that this matter be looked into urgently and that I receive a clear resolution and timeline. I believe timely communication and efficiency in the account opening process are essential for customer satisfaction.

Absolutely great experience just recently purchased my kitchen from Howdens West Slough. We dealt with khanye his service was amazing really supportive will definitely recommend.

Excellant service! Khanye helped us design the kitchen and was super patient and professional throught the whole process, although we kept updating the plan. He always responsed qucikly and tried to think on our side, awesome service, highly recommend!

The highlight of this experience was definitely the incredible patience and caring service offered to us by Khanye. A kitchen is never an easy renovation project, but when you have someone who makes this easier, convenient and shows real care in helping you, it makes all the difference. Khanye has been incredibly patient and shown flexibility from the beginning. Felt supported by one trustworthy contact from the beginning to end and he also helped making suggestions where we were trying to achieve some of our objectives with our kitchen. The quality of the units are great and the selection was so varied that it enabled us to create the design we wanted without any challenge. Highly recommend Howdens, off Farnham Road and recommend talking to Khanye. Thank you Khanye for your continued support.

Had a brilliant experience with Valentine, he was super patient with all my questions and answered them in great detail and obviously knows his stuff. Great worker, kind and polite - employee of the month in my eyes!

It was recommended that I consider Howdens to replace a kitchen following a leak and damage to my existing kitchen.

The experience of that leak caused considerable stress and I wasn't planning on changing the kitchen anytime soon.

Marta of Howdens West Slough helped with the design, provided options, and gave valuable insight on the kitchen guiding me through cabinetry, work surfaces, handles and colours.

I am grateful that Howdens were able to alleviate some of the stress involved and help me get the kitchen sorted as soon as possible.

Also particularly noteworthy is that I was very impressed with their ability to get units and appliances within 24-48 hours. The units were all delivered within 48 hours. This was not a one off as I had an issue with appliances (not due to Howdens) and they were able to deliver new appliances the next day.

All in all a very positive experience for me from start to finish and I won't hesitate to return. Naturally, I am happy to corroborate all the good feedback I have heard about Howdens.

Great end to end experience with Howdens! Worked with Khanye who was always very responsive and very patient to ensure we were fully happy with our design to ensure it accurately worked with the kitchen fit. Would highly recommend!

The whole experience with Howdens from start to finish has been excellent . I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Khanye came out and did the initial plans and was my point of contact throughout - he was very responsive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was painless, staff very friendly generally and I’m delighted with our kitchen cupboards.
