I've always been into HTFR. Ordered a 12" at good price. But the Vinyl was dirty & moldy from previous owners fingerprints, I'm guessing. I know it was secondhand, but it would be nice to receive it clean.

Iv ordered vinyl from HTFR a few times and the service is really good, the quality of the vinyl is near perfect and they dispatch the goods really quickly. I do recommend HTFR for any old records in good condition.

Bought a record marked as VG+ and it’s absolutely immaculate. Was a birthday present for my OH and he was so impressed at the perfect condition, he’d never seen such a good quality 2nd hand outer. Customer service was excellent, it was dispatched same day and arrived a few days later in very good quality, secure packaging. 5*

They're professionals and the delivery service is fast.

First, providing tracking number on every order helps me to organise my time. HTFR provided me tracking number and i recived items with fast service. Second, price of items is very nice, i can buy rare things that are not available in my region. Third, ebay as a portal/database is giving me a lot of space to organise my own business.

I have used hard to find records a few times now. They always seem to have the record I'm looking for and at great prices. The next day delivery service is a massive bonus too. I am very happy to keep buying from Hard to find records.

First order I was sent the wrong vinyl. HTFR agreed to send me a replacement. Again they sent the wrong one! Finally got a refund. Clearly no one checked these vinyls before they went out or when they were listed.

Second order the vinyls were filthy dirty and no where near the grading. Clearly no one checked these vinyls before they went out or when they were listed.

I sent photos and was told to clean them. Or I could return for a refund but I would have to pay for the postage prior to return. No way! None of this is my fault. I guess I will have to persue via PayPal.

I am afraid I won't be using again. From my experience they are not taking care over listing, cleaning and despatching.

I recently purchased Vinyl Records from Hard to find Records UK spent about 200 Euro DHL was courier 🚚 company I’ve been useing HTFR records over 15 years revenue and customs have pulled my records and want 75 year to release them this has never happened me before leaves me thinking is this new normal now when I buy records from Uk it’s unfortunate this has happened otherwise hard to find records are Brilliant company to deal with 10/10
