Can't give them 0 stars unfortunately but wish I could! Ordered 2 of the Cloud Pillows from Hush and was extremely disappointed in the quality given what they advertised online. I also ordered these pillows due to the 60-day return policy and emailed their customer service department to initiate a return. Several emails, and two weeks later I've heard nothing back from them. Would not recommend this company whatsoever after reading other reviews and based on my own experience it seems like they are a scam.

Before purchasing the all season duvet and Ice cover I checked with the company about what filling was in their duvets as I did not want a polyester filling because polyester makes me perspire. I was told that there was no polyester in their products that they were filled with a “hollow” fibre.

When I received the duvet the label says the filling is 100% polyester. Needless to say I am unhappy. They do not seem to know what their product is made of or there is a bot for customer service that doesn’t work.

In addition there was a promotion whereby I would receive a free cooling pillow. I had out the products I wanted in my cart while I was waiting for confirmation of what the filling was made of. I received an email that the free pillow promotion was ending on the weekend so it would be best to order on the weekend which I did. Despite all this, I did not receive the free pillow. I suppose this is mute anyway as I will be returning the products.

By the way, the one night I used the duvet, it did not keep me cool.

I am waiting to see what the company has to say about this.

This is an addition to this review. They are sending me the free pillow. I should have said that the product itself is well made and feels luxurious on your skin so if you don’t have a problem with polyester it might be good for you.

I’m actually not sure why these have such bad reviews!!! The sheets are DEFINITELY cooling, the cloud duvet is amazing. I’ve been having really good sleeps since buying it. It came within the same week I ordered it; maybe because I’m in Canada? Either way I really like it

Couverture trop chaude, les billes ne restent pas en place. Mauvaise qualité et mauvais service. Je préfère la couverture d’une autre marque qui est en Coton et respire. Aussi, j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à la retourner et me faire rembourser malgré leur politique de retour. Je regrette d’avoir acheté chez eux.

I bought two sets of "Cooling" sheets from them. They are soft however they are not cooling. Both sets also have holes in them. The one set has two toonie size holes and the other set has a huge tear about the size of my hand. Tried to get in touch with them and no luck. Terrible customer service.

Garbage customer service. Ordered sheet sets that were supposed to be cooling and did not have any kind of cooling effect whatsoever, they are heavy and don’t allow for airflow. Over a week after I contacted customer service still no resolution and no response after their initial trying to talk me out of returning them with offers of an exchange or 10% back if I wanted to keep them - why would I ask for a full refund for a very expensive product that doesn’t work and accept 10% instead? I’ve emailed them 4 times now and have only received the one response.

Terrible at every step.
One item was never delivered, was returned to sender without ever coming to me - still waiting for refund a month later.
The other item took forever to get someone to answer me. Call them, nobody picks up (I left the phone on speaker for six hours). I am currently out about $300 and have no way of getting that money back. Very frustrating as I was trying them to support buy Canadian rather than purchase from Brooklinen.

Customer service helped me out with something before I even raised the subject to them, really appreciate it.

Sheets ripped in washing machine under “warranty” and emails promising new sheets that never ship. Several emails promising replacements and it’s been months. F Canada! Buy American

the cloud pillow was uncomfortable and the quality seemed very cheap. but they have a 60 night so I tried to contact them to return it after only a few weeks so plenty of time left. I have tried six times to contact the company requesting a return with no response. I tried the live chat and was given a link which leads to an error and was told to email again. It seems that they don't really want to accept returns.

Ordered blanket and duvet cover back in November as Christmas present for my son. It is New Year tomorrow and didn’t receive it. Emailed the company and never got reply!

Bought the Hush Iced Bamboo Cooling Sheet and Pillowcase Set in May 2024. These sheets did not add cooling and it feels like they add heat. After trying them again in the winter months they continue to lock heat in. I do not recommend these sheets for hot sleepers.

Twice I have ordered sheet sets from Hush and never received them. Items were showing in stock (and still are) and the website says shipping 2-3 days and arriving in 5-7. It has been 15 days and the order hasn’t been touched. Still saying “unfulfilled”. I ordered these as Christmas gifts and expected them in the stated timeline. I canceled the order today and will not order again.

HORRIBLE customer service. i ordered something on black friday and after 2 weeks of countless requests for a shipping date estimate and promises from online agents about how "your goods will ship tomorrow", I was finally told my order was on backorder and that they could not confirm when the goods would ship. I was never made aware of this back order because if I had been I would have never ordered the damn thing in the first place. i cannot stress this enough, do not buy from this company unless you want the most incompetent customer service reps ever

Bad customer service. We paid express shipping but delivery said whether is bad so can’t delivery yet. They delivered only pillow. No blanket yet. I talked customer service they just said contact delivery company. Won’t baby it again

I ordered a blanket and got a free pillow for Black Friday. My order arrived in 3 days. The blanket is beautiful, just as pictured on the site. I was worried after reading the reviews here, but I had no problems at all!

Do not buy these sheets, this company is a fraud! Our sheets ripped after one week and we returned them and never received the refund!! The customer service is poor it’s just a bot and no one calls or answers your emails!!

Do not buy these sheets!
We bought a king set of the bamboo cooling sheets just over a year ago and they have developed two small holes and are extremely thin now. We rotate them with another set, and wash them on delicate cycle, by themselves with a delicate laundry detergent. When we shared this with the Hush customer service team they said there was nothing they could do as it was outside the 1 year warranty.
Based on the high price, poor quality, and lack of customer service to remedy the situation I will be purchasing from another brand.

Terrible experience with their company and returns.
