I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt worth it. What stood out to me wasn’t just the product, but how they handled communication.
I had a few questions before ordering about the different fabrics and got a really clear and thoughtful reply. It didn’t feel like a generic answer, more like someone actually knew what they were talking about.
That helped me make the right choice, and what I received matched what I expected. Overall, a very smooth experience.

So I love the St. Pierre brand and my last purchase of Italian sheets does not disappoint. Excellent quality. And, very generous sizing on the king sheets which I appreciate very much. When I needed prompt service on an luxurious product it was spot on and quickly resolved ! Awesome

I continue to be genuinely surprised by how unprofessional my experience has been with David’s Fine Linens.
Recently, I’ve had two standout customer service experiences with other retailers — both of which only reinforced how far below standard this company operates. In one case, I was over two months past a final sale return window, and the company still took the time to review my request, approve it, and issue a refund without friction. In another, a retailer went out of their way to extend goodwill simply to stand behind their brand and customer relationships.
That’s what strong businesses do — they take accountability and prioritize long-term trust over short-term policy.
In contrast, my experience with David’s Fine Linens has been the opposite: dismissive, rigid, and completely lacking in accountability. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, the response has been to deflect and justify — leaving the customer to absorb the issue entirely.
It’s honestly baffling that a company can operate this way and expect to retain customers. At a minimum, people deserve transparency, ownership, and a willingness to make things right. None of that was demonstrated here.

Great Online Shopping experience, good customer service as well!

Not the quality of product we expected based on the company's online marketing . Materials and Finish are not as advertised. We will not be back. We just chalked one up for experience.

I ordered a queen size St. Pierre Egyptian Cotton bedskirt online, on sale. It was excellent quality, but unfortunately I discovered it only had a 13” drop instead of a 16” as advertised. According to their website, since it had been discounted and I had washed it, it did not meet the criteria for a return. I was upset and originally left a one star review here.

David’s Fine Linens replied to my review and asked me to contact their customer care. I did so and was told that the bedskirt had erroneously been listed online as having a 16” drop. I was offered a credit for the full amount of my online order and I was happy to accept it. Based on the quality of the bedskirt, I’m sure I’ll have no problem finding something else to spend the credit on.

I thought I was purchasing a $200.00 down blanket from a reputable company but have come to find they misrepresented the item in image and in description. The image on the website was of a snowy white down blanket. What I received was a splotchy, dirty looking blanket containing mostly dark down that is not useable. Customer care was hard to contact (only available via email) and after several attempts took weeks to get a call from a “manager” who was curt, argumentative and unwilling to make the situation right. He argued the item was as pictured when the truth is it clearly is not. I wish I could attach an image.
