HYBR is a fabulous company. Hannah and the team are enthusiastic, caring and professional. I am a landlady in Bristol and have used the services if HYBR on several occasions. I have been particularly pleased with the tenants they have introduced to me. It's so nice to come across a company that is not trying to exploit students. And seems very fair for landlords too.

I am a small agent in my own right & look after quite a few student properties for landlords & was somewhat dubious when Hannah from HYBR approached me.
What a Breath of Fresh Air!!
Having been a student herself Hannah asked all the right questions all relevant for renting by students.
I only wanted referrals, we agreed on a costing for Hybr services which was very fair.
Hybr agreed that the rents we were charging was under the market costing & very fair. We put a lot of trust in each other & Wow did our trust work.
Hybr sent me so many prospective tenants I could have let my flats & more.
All the flats I look after were let & signed up by me in just under 2weeks.
I cannot thank Hannah & her team at Hybr enough.
Not only did they send me such lovely students, their costing to me were more than fair & our communication was without question the best I’ve ever had.
Hybr May be new to the student market but the service they provide cannot be faulted. I have no hesitation in recommending them to students that are looking for accommodation but also for the many landlord who want to rent their properties at an affordable & realistic costing.
I will most certainly use them again.

As a student I found Hbyr really responsive compared to other agencies. The agent Hannah tried really hard to help find me the right property for me which I haven’t been used to such attentiveness in my 3 years as a student. Definitely recommend.
