I have had a very great experience with ICert Global. The customer service was very good and they had provided me with a lot of explanations and help. I really thank so much for that.

4 day classroom PMP training it was excellent and very good experience trainer. I would say that iCert Global is the best professional training junction for PMP, ITIL and LSSGB training

Pretty terrible experience. Waste of time and money. Please don't be fooled. Will retake course with a reputable source so I can pass my exam.

I have been disputing and trying to get my money back from Icert Global for over a month. I was promised a resolution to a dispute by July 20. It is now the 30 with no communication. THIS IS A SCAM!

I wish I had ready the reviews before I took my PMP course. As many others have stated:
1. The instructor is just reading from the slides that are sent to him. I can get approximately the same amount of information by just reading the PMBOK book myself.
2. The information on those slides is frequently not in synch with the questions on the quizzes that we are asked to do at the end of each lesson.
3. The questions in the quizzes have tons of misspellings, grammatical errors, as well as extra or missing words. To make matters worse, the answers are often completely wrong compared to what information is actually in the PMBOK (as attested to by our instructor, not just the students).

I sent what I thought was a respectful e-mail outlining the problems I saw with the course, and recommended several ways to address them. When my classmate seconded my thoughts and added a few others, she was met with a very defensive e-mail that wasn't very helpful.

In short, find another place or program to get your PMP training.

Excellent learning experience, though the trainer was reading out the slides along with best fit examples(out of his experiences), I feel it's up to us, to ask more relevant questions which are our experiences in Project Management and gain more knowledge about it and learn.

Excellent training. Significant content to be learned. Ninad Kulkarni was an amazing instructor with extensive knowledge in PRINCE2, Agile & PMP.
I very much enjoyed the illustrative explanations from his rich experience and his openness to deal and answer with all our questions and requests.

I received this training through iCert, however, I enrolled with Msystraining that have some sort of arrangement with iCert to deliver the training.

I attended the LSSBB training scheduled from 06/26/2018 to 06/29/2018. The training was extremely poor and disappointing. I left the training not knowing any more about six sigma than I did entering the training. These are some of the primary issues with the training

- The trainer did not have an understanding of the course material
- The trainer knowledge about six sigma was extremely poor. He was unable to explain basic concepts and at times made up answers.
- Key areas of six sigma were not touched upon and no training on those areas were imparted.
- The video content on ICERT Global is sub par. The audio does not match the video and the video keeps getting stuck

Based on these points, there is no way that i'm going to be able to attempt any six sigma exam without undergoing rigorous training or self learning. The training was a total waste of time and what was discussed over 4 days could have been covered in a single day. Each day was a repetition of the previous day's high level training.

After communicating with the Msystraining team, their response was basically that i should have highlighted the issues day 1 and that providing this feedback after training was completed was not going to get me a refund. Additionally, while they didn't outright acknowledge the poor course content. The tried to lay the responsibility of identifying the poor course content at my feet.

I will definitely not be attending any of their training classes again.

I am very upset about my whole experience with ICert Global.
I signed up at MsysTraining website for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in person Training from Jun 26th to Jun 30th. The training was provided by ICert Global.
The instructor was not having deep knowledge understanding of concepts. He had no industrial experience on how to apply the concepts in real life projects.
He was reading through the slides. He skipped almost 80% of the concepts, charts, applications, calculations in the Measure and Analyze Phase.
When we ask any questions, he either gave an answer which is not correct or trying to make it up on the go. He often searched for the answers online for basic questions.
At the end of 4 days, when I look at the sample test / course content, most of the sections looked new to me.
Course:
I had an expectation that paying $1800 for a course will be very valuable and I will have professionals to collaborate with. But when I went for the training, it was me and my other friend (we both signed up together) and one more attendee (3 people).
All the courses I attended so far in my career, the organizer provided course materials or printed handouts. No books / handouts provided for the training. The instructor printed few pages of the PowerPoint slide he was given and handed out on day 3 and 4. No projector was provided in the meeting room for the instructor to present.
The instructor was reading slide after slide, and using incorrect terms and giving incorrect explanation. He was switching between phases of Six sigma constantly which was very confusing. We didn’t get any handouts to follow him.
The instructor skipped all the areas which talks about charts, or calculations. He spent almost an hour and half during first 3 days and 3 hours on last day to through the sample questions. He kept repeating the same questions to make us memorize the answer instead of spending time in explaining the concepts.
Online Materials:
The Icert global online portal has video for each session, when I tried to go through it, the audio of the session and the information displayed on the screen was not matching, its more distracting and not useful at all.
I had an expectation that after this course, without spending hours of reading I will learn the key concepts and the tools used in Six Sigma to improve the quality of any process. Now it turns out like even after paying $1800 and going through the training, I had to go through the pain of reading the book in detail to understand how each tools are used.
I had wasted 4 days of time and money on this course. I cannot recommend or write ICert a positive review at this point and would appreciate a refund

I am pretty upset about my whole experience with ICert Global. I took 3 vacation days to attend a PMI-Agile Course which consisted of a teacher, reading me ill formed, error ridden slides for two days. I did not even attend the third day to review the same slides. Here is an outline of issues.

Issues with Course:
Not advertised correctly. Thought for $1500 this would be a traditional group class with professionals to collaborate with. Turns out I was the only person. For $300 I can take an online version of this course with reputable content.
Instructor had never taught the class before and seemed to be in over her head.
Learning style was instructor reading slide after slide. No activities, drawn examples or engagement to retain information. Not her fault, she received materials a day or two before the class and had no prep time.
Booked room did not even have a whiteboard. I had to use my works gotomeeting so I could follow along with her slides and not be hunched over her laptop.
Slides had a ridiculous amount of errors, not only in content but in test questions. This was advertised as having 240 test prep questions. I only took 60. Way too insufficient of an amount to make a dent in content.
Took a different practice test today and started finding terms in it that where not even covered in the course. WOW.
Additional Issues:
No Syllabus or instructions on location sent. Had to email to ask where the class was at. Had to email for a confirmation.
Errors with payment caused $6000 to be on hold on my card. THIS IS CRAZY! Still waiting to resolve this.
Login issues. Needed to email 2 times to get login credentials to the website working.
When I arrived on location, took 20 minutes and phone calls to get me wifi to even see the slides on my laptop.
Everything from beginning to end was just a mess. I am not usually the type of person to write this type of email, but I am pretty upset about my wasted time and money (VACATION TIME). I cannot recommend or write ICert a positive review at this point and would appreciate a refund.

iCert helped me quickly find the training I needed, where I needed it, and when I needed it — all on very short notice. Their fee was reasonable and saved me a lot of time and effort.

Our experience with I Cert Global has been great as we signed up with them for an On-site ITIL SO Certification training. The trainer Biswatosh gave multiple real life examples to relate this course to our daily work. I would also like to thank Abhilaash and team for the timely service in ensuring that books, exams and hard copies of the certificates reached on time to us. All in all it was a wonderful time experience!

If I could give negative stars I would !! This is a very irresponsible company which tests your patience. Two of my staff members signed up for an instructor led training in San Francisco in March 2018. They had the worst experience with the trainer -- No knowledge, could not get the projector working, no class material. The trainer was reading from his Laptop and asked my staff to sit next to him so they can see his screen!!!!!
I immediately called the home office and had them cancel the training. Since then it has been a nightmare to get refund. We have since then spoken to Alex, Robin, Kevin, Lisa and Leena. No one seems to respond and we have to literally hound them. Its June 2018 and have not received the refund yet. Will give them another week before taking legal action.
Please don't be fooled with the positive reviews on their website. With a company so unprofessional I highly doubt they can co-ordinate a quality training.
Save your time and energy and find another institute.

I taught a 4 day PMP course for iCertGlobal (TrainerKart is their other company name) in San Diego CA Feb 27-Mar 2. The PMP course material they provided was riddled with errors, and it was clear to me that the material was written by someone in India. The grammar, spelling, and general writing was atrocious!

I am a PMP certified project manager with over 12 years of experience, and I can attest to the blatant mistakes in their multiple choice questions/answers. Please read the other reviews on this company before you proceed. It is a complete scam! I believe most of the positive reviews are fake.

Also, the overall communication was terrible, as no one spoke proper English. After teaching the course, the person I was communicating with magically disappeared. They found me on LinkedIn and did not vet me at all. They just assumed that I could teach the course because I had my PMP certification.

I feel very bad for the two students I taught. They deserved better. Also, it took multiple emails/phone calls just to get paid the $600 for teaching the course, and there was a wire transfer fee of $15. I had to get my lawyer involved and it took two months just to get paid.

I have attended CSM training along with my colleague, it was wonderful experience as Trainer was very knowledgeable and experienced in her area. Support staff is very helpful. I would like to refer this training to my other friends as well.

Attended 2 day CSM training offered by iCertglobal. It was an excellent session. Liked each and every session I have attended. We learned while playing. I have already recommended my colleagues for this course.

After reading recent reviews i've decided to not book them for PMP training. When asked they told me to put money in someone's personal account which is not right called Irfan Baig but now giving me the option to put in money from their site but to do it manually now sure if they've a proper payment gateway and are accredited to give certificate for 35 contact hours for PMI.

1. They shared all the incorrect information about the session dates and gave me fake dates and conned me to pay the fees..
2. Kept promising the class availability and finally told me there are no classes on the promised dates.
3. Lied about classes being full and cannot accommodate me for a class on the registered dates.
Save yourselves from ICERT and register directly on Scrum Alliance.
These guys are fraud and fake.

It is a fraud. Don't get trapped in it. I had opted for MSP training , they befooled me and converted my classroom training to online. They don't have classroom trainings at all. That's how they prey you. Had multiple calls with Karthik , Debojyoti and Abhilash on either refund of money or arrange classroom training but they are all trappers. Keep wasting your time , i was stalled for many months and then i realized my money is gone. Guys beware of these frauds.
