I did PMP certification 4 days program from icert global institute. It was great learning with the experienced trainers. It was valuable course and learnt a lot with Q and A session.
The elearning material is also very good and intensive.
I will definitely recommend people to join the institute for such courses.

iCertGlobal's ITIL Certification training content, coaching, delivery methodology and teaching capability is unique. Co-ordinator Archana and trainer Nishanth were very helpful and supportive.
I took the online coaching classes. Instructor was very knowledgeable and was able to clear all the doubts with proper clarifications. More than a coaching it was a discussion session where the participation and questions were welcomed.

It was a great experience for accomplishing ITIL Expert certification through ICert Global.
I always received timely response from Archana and Irfan. Both are true professional & alway ready to help for any kind of queries.
Although online training materials are good, but i would recommend these should be further improved from content perspective.
Overall, I am fully satisfied with the services and would recommend everyone to join and experience the learning services through them.

It was a good experience with attaining PRINCE2 certification through ICert Global. My dealing with Archana (ICert Global Learning Consultant) was very professional , helpful and Quick in responses to all my queries.

Icert Global, Bangalore ,India Team cheated me.I paid in full for CBAP Training course and only single session was taken for that. They have been postponing for the rest of the classes from the past two months. I see it has global centers and its shame on the company to go for such cheap tricks to get Money. Please be aware and away from this training center.

I enrolled in iCert’s PMP Certification training course and found study materials, videos and simulation tests useful. I am confident of clearing PMP examination.

Only complaint was that it seemed they waited until the last minute to find an instructor for the course, which was the day after a Monday holiday... but they did get one at the 11th hour, and she was fantastic. Otherwise smooth process, POs and Invoices were timely, follow-up was regular.

My on site class was cancelled and i was offered an online class. There were technical difficulties throughout, and i was offered a $300 refund but it hasn't shown up yet.

Wonderful Experience with iCert team which helped me to clear ITIL Intermediate Certification exams. Special thanks to Mr. Karthik who had always supported me and responded to my queries in either ways. Great Job Karthik and ICert team.

I had a wonderful experience with Icert. I got personal attention from Karthik who was always available anytime i would call or message with a prompt response.

It was delightful experience with iCert Global. I have attended Lean Six Sigma Green Blet training class.
The trainer was excellent. He kept audience engaged with fun and activities in the class.

Support team of iCert Global was very co-operative. Overall it was very good experience and I've accomplished the target I've set for training.

I am currently working as a release manager and had completed ITIL intermediate only 1 module. I was really keen to achieve the ITIL Expert level certification. I was lucky to get a contact of ICERT from one of my colleague. Divya & Karthik has helped me through out and giving each single details well on time. Both are really professional and approachable in case you need any assistance. I wish them all the best and would definitely recommend others to reach out to them to do such certifications.

The training was great! I would like to rate 4.7 out of 5. The training covered almost all the areas of Project management. Most importantly, the trainer Mr. Norman Wilson was very knowledgeable. His illustrations on the topics was great and very elaborated. I felt time constraint else everything was good.

This is a very good and smooth program; I believe ICert Global has a well-organized company for such kind of program. I also appreciate the schedule even if only two trainees register by this days, since this is a cost for the organizer (in my understanding).
I thoroughly enjoy the program. Thank you! Dave Johnson, He really helped me in making a decision and continues follow up about pursuing the PRINCE 2 Certification program. I also happy the trainer Mr. Biswatosh Sinha. He did his professionals to teach the basic concept of PRINCE 2 and to ‘pass in the first attempt’.

I engaged with ICert Global regarding a Prince2 F&P Course. I attended the course being the only attendee which was great. The location chosen for the course was also great.
The Trainer, Kunal, was very good and well prepared. Dave helped me from the callcentre. I have recommended ICert Global to one of my colleagues.

Pro's:
- One of the account managers I was working with was very responsive and knowledgeable
- The trainer did give me sufficient knowledge to pass my exams

Con's:
- Unfortunately, I was somehow assigned to another account manager who rarely responded to emails. Even when they did, information was very limited and rarely satisfied my questions
- I wasn't provided with any expectations on how the course would be run, up until the evening prior to the course starting
- Course material was average, not what I expected and riddled with typo's\errors
- It took FIVE WEEKS to get my exam results back

Final comment; They are quick to take your money, and not so quick to offer value for it. I will never attend another course through iCert Global.

The course I took was sold as a PMP exam prep course but was really an intro to project management. I raised concerns about the course material provided during the e-learning sessions (before the live class started), and was assured the live sessions would be better. They were not. This was no where near an exam prep course, the quizzes we were given had numerous questions that the instructor had to throw out due to poor structure and/or incorrect answers available to choose from. I asked for a refund the first day of the live sessions and have been denied. This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable training courses I have ever taken. I would not recommend this course or this training company to anyone. Please do not be fooled, this course is a waste of time and money.
