I am updating my review on the company!

I was hired to deliver 4 day PMP boot camp in Milwaukee, WI. Payment agreement through emails communication was to receive my fee via check. After completion, I was waiting for my check to be mailed. When I did not receive my check, I sent and email and I was told that they are having bank/account problem and that they can make the payment via PayPal. Which they did after few days. My take -
1- They could have proactively responded before me reaching out.
2- They should have made every effort to make the payment on time, even if it was through paypal.
3 - They need to game up and shape up professionally to stay in business.
If you plan to be a trainer with them, please make a legal contract. If you plan to take their training, please be sure to read reviews and ask to speak to trainer before registering.

It has been a great pleasure undergoing ITIL training through iCert Global wherein the iCert Global team took all the efforts to ensure that training is being carried covering entire topics which helps the candidates to prepare for the certifications.

I took ITIL SO training in Icert Global.
Really it was worth taking training in iCert Global.
Trainer was very knowledgeable and gave real time examples to understand the concepts.
Food was good and staffs were friendly.

Trainer has a vast knowledge on the subject, real time scenarios and examples makes you to understand the subject very well.

Excellent training content and the trainers ability to explain and cover the complete training was just outstanding.

I contracted iCert Global for ITIL v3 Foundations training. The trainer they had on staff, Bob Bonham was outstanding, very personable, and catered the training to my tastes and needs. He was extremely thorough and very well prepared.

When I arrived on-site and prepared to take the class, the online portion was not activated. Bob immediately contacted iCert Global and had the activation completed within 10 mins and we were off and running.

When time came to take the certification exam, I was very prepared for it.

I will be utilizing this service for more training in the near future!

Really Appreciate the teaching, I did PMP training in Icertglobal. The trainer Mr. Sami zehran sir was really good having vast Knowledge and had patience in answering questions.

My experience started out rough but ended on a happy note. My class was postponed a few times due to Instructor illness, I-cert worked with me to get the class scheduled, even moving the location to better accommodate me. Once the training took place the location and instructor were great. My instructor was very knowledgeable and he made the boring material more exciting and easier to learn.

iCert Global has been my favorite content provider, training provider and best trainers with good enriched quality and training. I attended and cleared PMP training and LSSGB training and by this fall season i am looking for ITIL foundation training and I will enroll with iCert Global where I can easily clear my exam.

I entered the PRINCE2 Foundation&Practitioner training and certificate course from Aug. 17th to Oct. 12th.

It happened some twists and turns for the organizers to arrange exams on the appointed date, but in general it was under control and Dave Johnson, my learning consultant, showed his initiative in the process. And the trainer, Ninad Kulkarni is professional.

Suggestion: Start another course only after you completely finish the previous one (from training to certificate result).
