I paid for a class early in 2020 that never made due to COVID restrictions. I have been very concerned and frankly, upset fearing that I had lost my money and training opportunity...until reaching Mr R. Walker. Mr Walker has been in communication with me and has scheduled the training, which I am currently attending. Mr. Walker has restored my faith in the integrity of this business.

I have been with iCert Global as a course instructor for PMP, LSSGB& YB for the past 18 months. The course materials were designed to help the participant to pass these exams efficiently (saving time) and effectively (the right material to study and focus). I see that participants first come with a lot of uncertainties, but after the 2 or 4 days courses, their confidence level builds up and they can look forward to passing the exam more strategically and confidently. It was great learning through these courses.

I just asked a quick question and had an answer with in seconds!!!! Very polite and considerate personelle too!

I completed the online PMP Exam Prep class in June this year with no prior training/preparations/studying and got the entire basis and track on which to study and prepare from the course. Our instructor was highly knowledgeable about the testing and current PMBOK information and works in the real world applying these processes and techniques. Although the no-touch standard was offered; I requested the hard copy PMBOK as well as we got 6 practice tests and an exam full of question for preparation for the exam. I highly recommend this training in use with other training information to fully prepare for the PMP Exam.

My experience with iCert has been nothing but positive. Due to Covid, our in-person training was continually delayed, iCert went above and beyond to help us schedule my training. In addition, they monitored the training and the instructor to make sure the course satisfied all the requirements. The instructor was also one of the best I have ever had. He made everything practical and used examples everyone could relate to and understand.

This company is a big fraud. They don't have any trained instructors. Their money-back guarantee thing is also a sham. I wish I could report these fraudsters to an agency and get my money back.

I found this course very helpful. Our instructor, David, took us through the PMBOK and supporting documents in a very logical way. He didn't go off on any tangents, kept it interesting and encouraged us to engage in conversation.
I had a few questions before the course and the iCert Team was prompt in answering them.

I have taught 5 PMI and 6 LSSBB Bootcamp classes these past two years. Two years ago the courses were pretty 'rough' and ICG had problems scheduling in a timely fashion venues near enough where students could commute to w/o difficulty. With COVID-19 IMHO ICG should be enabling more online certification classes where classroom participation is not necessary. Materials for the bootcamps are well written and the problems are pretty good as to their reflection of the material taught. My testimonial is that every student that has taken exams after courses I have given has passed.

Enrolled for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training live online session. The team was accomodating enough to start the class an hour late on the 2nd day, as per my request.

The instructor was great!

The practise test helped in understanding the type of questions asked in the exam.

All in all it was a good experience!

My trainer was excellent. Customer service was very poor. I did not receive any details about when and where my class was to take place. I had to call the day before, multiple times, to get that information. The class was last week and I am still without the physical training materials I was supposed to be equipped with for the class. I am still calling and have yet to find out when my textbook will be delivered.

I have been instructing with iCert Global for over 6 years now. They provide great courses along with customer support.

My instructor Dave was experienced and had an innovative style of teaching where he referred to the presentation, however the explanation was more hands on with real life examples on ways of handling projects based on his experience in various industries.

Excellent facilities in Houston!
The location is central and the facilitator ensured the course started on time without any hiccups.
The trainer was knowledgeable and proactive in answering questions and did not just rush through the slides.

Just completed PMI training. I was the only one in the Class 😀 lots of one on one. Nope trainer shows up no material I sat through this class listening to the online train provided from the start. I could not take practice exams as the link would lock up an make you start over. Call everyday an was told we reset your account it should be fine, never corrected. I never recover the material they were to mail to me. After several phone call to Customer Service this issue is still not resolved. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAINING SITE

My experience with ICERT have been positive. The modules teach students to prepare for project management.

iCert Global has Provided me with a World Class Tutorial & Training, that has helped me Understand the Subject from the Basics and Score Good in ITIL V4.
