I had a great experience with iCertGlobal with regard to the PMI-ACP training. The venue was really nice and comfortable. The trainer was really good, was well versed what had to be taught and gave us useful tips for the exam preparation. And the services rendered by the team at the venue were great.

Good Understanding about PMP, I had a really good learning with PMP concept, mainly because of the trainer Mr. Ninad. He was very knowledgeable and he brought a huge amount of knowledge to the class.
I am looking forward to do the certification as well.

Very good customer service relations. I feel very comfortable working with them from day one when I came across their information on the internet.
Their business strategy gives them the opportunity to have a knowledgeable instructor who could work with you, either as a group or one on one. In other words, you're rest assured that the class would hold regardless of the numbers of attendees, even if one person.
I will recommend them to anyone who wants an in-depth knowledge of COBIT 5 or other IT trainings.

I cannot recommend this company at all: I was scheduled to do a training in May on project management. I was repeatedly reassured that the training would take place in NYC. 1 working day before the start, I got an email saying that it was cancelled. I was offered an alternative date four weeks later, in the middle of the summer, which did not work for me because many of my colleagues were out of the office, and I needed to back them up. So I asked for my training fees to be reimbursed. After several follow-up emails, I was informed that I would be reimbursed within 30 days. So I waited, almost 2 months later and several email exchanges with the iCERT personnel later, I still have not gotten my money back, I have not heard a reasonable explanation why it is taking so long, and I start to believe that this is a real scam. I am truly disappointed in how this issue has been handled by the relevant employees, and I can only warn others from signing up for any trainings with them. I would have given 0 stars if that was possible.

I had very good experience with training for Prince 2 from Icert Global. They are very professional in getting the training completed on time with very valuable content. I contacted Suriya for the information for training and he guided me very well and I am able to complete my training & Certification.
Biswajit as a trainer had excellent knowledge of content and he was able to explain the course with lot of real life examples which helped us to understand the concept very easily.
Training material including the video content is excellent for the preparation.
I am surely going to recommend my friends for future training needs.

I had a really good experience with Icert, primarily because of the trainer Bill. He was amazing. He brought a huge amount of knowledge to the class, answered emails well past our class time (including weeks after), made sure I had everything that I needed to pass my PMP test, gave me a full study plan to be successful. I honestly believe I would not have passed my test if it had not been for my trainer Bill and Icert. The Icert staff is a little harder to get along with, only because many of them are from a different country. So it can be a bit hard to speak with them, sometimes. However, for me, they took care of every question I had and made sure I was able to meet with my trainer when the time came. So for that I am thankful and Leena was always nice and helpful.

It was a wonderful training session by the Scrum coach with real world examples and cases.

The training program schedule was good. The trainer very appropriately explained the concepts, logic behind them and application in real life works. The book which was given for studying is totally a book of errors. Information is wrongly printed, questions are wrongly printed or printed multiple times. Sincerely, the study material was not good.

The venue was good with all facilities and good food. Though some days, the classroom was not ready to start the sessions.

I would suggest to share study material which the trainer was teaching and the question banks also. Also, if iCert can share previous years question papers that would be really helpful.
