I applied to join November 2025 and completed all the steps. No response, no emails, nothing. I question the legitimacy of this company and regret even filling out and sending my details as well as references. I would be cautious.

The decision to send my CV to ID Medical was the best one I’ve made for my career. By the time I’d included them in the process, I had already applied to tens of positions throughout the NHS, and I was already in the UK doing an expensive clinical attachment to raise my chances of being invited for an interview. However, I was very unlucky throughout my search, and other agencies were giving me advice to go back to my country, get more experience in my desired specialty, and even sit through membership exams, which would’ve added at least two years to an already long and difficult GMC registration and job hunting process. ID Medical restored my hope of finding a position that suited my qualifications, and managed to get me an interview, which ultimately lead to an excellent offer, only two months after they received my CV. Special and huge thank you to Alex Marin for his support and guidance, as he was the person who mediated my communications with the hospital, and accompanied me through most of my application journey. He was calm, understanding, experienced, patient, immediately understood what I was looking for, and very encouraging. I honestly could not recommend him, and the rest of ID Medical enough.
