Per 22 april 2026 is de terugbetaling op mijn bankrekening bijgeschreven.
Er was al eerder een toezegging. Omdat de terugbetaling uitbleef, heb ik middels diverse e-mails en 1 cent overschrijvingen herinneringen toegezonden. Naar zeggen zijn de e-mails in de SPAM-box beland.
Los hiervan wil ik ook nog even opmerken dat de terugbetaling inclusief de verzendkosten is. Ik kan me zo voorstellen dat het dan in plaats van een verdienste voor een bedrijf een kostenpost is geworden. De retourkosten zijn overigens nog wel voor mijn rekening, waar ik redelijkerwijs akkoord mee kan gaan.
Mijn waardering gaat van 1 ster naar 4 sterren.

There had been a promise made previously. Because the refund was delayed, I sent reminders via various emails and 1-cent transfers. Allegedly, the emails ended up in the spam folder.
Separately from this, I would also like to note that the refund includes shipping costs. I can imagine that, instead of being a profit for a company, it has become an expense. The return costs, however, are still at my expense, which I can reasonably agree to.
My rating is changing from 1 star to 4 stars.
In data 22 aprile 2026, il rimborso è stato accreditato sul mio conto bancario.
Mi era stata fatta una promessa in precedenza. Poiché il rimborso è stato ritardato, ho inviato solleciti tramite diverse email e bonifici di 1 centesimo. A quanto pare, le email sono finite nella cartella spam.
A parte questo, vorrei anche precisare che il rimborso include le spese di spedizione. Posso immaginare che, invece di essere un profitto per l'azienda, si siano trasformate in una spesa. Le spese di reso, tuttavia, sono ancora a mio carico, cosa che posso ragionevolmente accettare.
La mia valutazione cambia da 1 a 4 stelle.
