I’ve been using Indigo Sun for a while now, and I’m always impressed with the quality of their tanning beds and the cleanliness of the salon. The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to offer advice on the best lotions and tanning times. The booking process is straightforward, and the salon has a relaxing atmosphere.

The beds are well-maintained, and I’ve noticed great results from my sessions. Hygiene is clearly a priority, which is really reassuring. Prices are reasonable for the service provided.

Overall, a fantastic place for a safe and even tan. Highly recommend!

I regularly visit the linwood salon, really clean shop! And great staff, last week I had the pleasure of Lucy and Alice helping me with what cream I should use. Both very knowledgeable girls. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been using Indigo Sun for over 8 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Top of the range beds and always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Very upset as I have been going to the sunbed shop since October 24 and now 6 months later they told me someone has said I look to Young and refused mr to use them I showed my drivers license and bank card and be cos I have got a passport I can't go on but I have found someone else to come to znd they are lovely and friendly

Having previously used sunbeds a few years ago I recently decided to use them again, I struggled to find a decent clean tanning shop with modern quality beds locally until I came across ‘Indigo sun’ only a 10min drive away at Shiremoor. When I first entered I could see how clean, tidy and modern it was. The staff member was really helpful and explained the block minutes available, the types of beds and creams available (they weren’t pushy) I was shown to the cubicle and given a demo on how to work the tanning bed and features. Staff are always friendly and I now won’t go anywhere else. Best sunbed shop around by far.

Don’t bother going to the shop in Chester the girl who was there on Wednesday night dark hair was slagging her work place off & then slagging customers off after they left….. totally disgusting needs better nicer staff asap

if you are using indigo sun and purchase one of there packages keep a record of the minutes your using ,i was ripped off on more than one occasion and was told i was confused ,,just be careful

Terrible customer service shit policies

Great customer service in all of the salons I use, staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t use any other sunbed salon.

Absolutely disgraceful. My husband and I have been coming here since it opened and have never before had any issues. My husband went today only to be told that he is barred for using his own tanning cream, the woman who barred him claims he has been warned repeatedly which is false, she served him last and never said a word, nobody has never said anything to him nor could she say who has supposedly warned him. They didn't offer to refund the minutes he already had on account either. I will be demanding a refund for mine and my husband's minutes and will never use this place again. Shocking behaviour.

I regularly go to the shop on Strathmartine road in Dundee. The ladies who work here are amazing and service is always great. Chloe, Kelsey and Lauren are always particularly friendly and give great service every time.

I am a client, I've been many times. This time I needed the bathroom and I was told by the staff that it's for staff only. This was the Kingsgate salon in East kilbride. We won't be back. Out of principle that they would reject a client the basic right of a toilet. Awful behaviour

I am writing to express my disgust regarding a recent experience I had at your tanning shop on 2nd of November. During my visit, I encountered staff members who were not only unprofessional but also showed a lack of compassion towards my skin condition.
As someone with skin condition, I am already self-conscious about my appearance. Unfortunately, while I was in the shop, two staff members Debbie and Emilie were laughing and trying to hide their laughter behind a clipboard. Once it was impossible for them to hide it, they just walked off to “the back” laughing.

This behaviour was not only rude but deeply hurtful, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your establishment.
I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their appearance. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that no one else has to endure a similar experience in the future.

One of the staff members called Aaliyah was extremely rude to me. As well as blatantly flirting to my husband and when I told her that she laughed and said she could take her off him whenever she wants

The staff at Indigo Sun, Danestone in Aberdeen are really worth a huge round of applause! Whether quiet or extremely busy, they give each customer the time they require. They are always polite, always a clean and tidy salon, always remem er my name and even on days like free sunbed Saturday, maintain very high standards. Well done to all and thank you all for being amazing!!

Wow, staff dressed really inappropriate.. area manager no bra with jacket on , never felt so uncomfortable, frame or my husband! Overpriced products undressed staff!

I WILL NOT COME BACK !!! I had never been too an indigo sun shop before but while i was staying in Chester i thought i would try it out… i was so DISAPPOINTED. The prices are extortionate for what you get and the cleanliness of the beds/rooms is DISGUSTING.
