I had an iPhone XR 128MB in excellent condition. They offered me £116 but when they received it in the post they reduce the offer to just £65. This, they say, was due to the fact it was not the original screen (even though it’s in immaculate condition) and the battery was not working to it’s full potential. What do they expect!?!? This is clearly just a ploy to reduce the offer.

Naturally, I rejected the offer. They stated they would return my iPhone back to me within three working days. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my phone back. Despite emailing them on numerous occasions to chase this up, along with my phone, I have not received any response from them whatsoever.

Offered me a price, sent me a postage label, I posted, they checked over the phones and came back to me with a couple of issues that I hadn’t noticed on the phones. Had a discussion with them and all sorted. Really easy process and helpful people. Would use again

I sent off an iPhone XR, where they revised my offer. I rejected it and I have never heard back since. They finally got back to me again with the same low balled offer. I accepted it and received the money.

I have been waiting over a month for payment of my phone. After chasing several times on email (no direct number), I have had no response. Yet to determine if I will ever get paid or receive my iPhone returned.

I was offered £100 for my Samsung Galaxy S10, which was in excellent condition, due to always being kept in a wallet case with a screen protector. They sent me a revised offer of £40 after receiving it, saying that the screen was cracked. I replied, saying that the screen was not cracked when I sent it, so it had happened in transit, and asking them to take it up with Royal Mail, as they had paid the postage, and the phone should be covered.
They ignored my request, and I've just received the phone back with a huge horizontal crack, so the phone is now useless.

The company offered £51 for my old Galaxy S8 phone. I sent my phone. After receiving the phone, the company came back with £20 offer, which I of course rejected and shared my experience. The company has not sent my phone back. Dishonest company.

I wish I'd have read the reviews before, which clearly warn against sending your phones for sale.

Sent off an immaculate iPhone - It had been fully protected all it's life, not a single mark. Sent fully reset, password free and unlocked network. Revised offer came back claiming scratches.
I had photographed the phone before sending and recorded all details.
After to-ing and fro-ing and negotiation, they have honoured the original full price offer. Positive Result.

Offered £42 for my immaculate Rose Gold Iphone 7 32GB. Sent fully reset, password free and unlocked network. Phone receipt acknowledged on 10/07/2023. Followed by several emails requesting password unlocking info & reset requests despite all done then a final email confirming return of the phone on 09/08/2023. A phone turned up but it is a Silver iphone in extremely poor condition. I have been constantly trying to resolve this but I have had 3 emails, weeks apart, saying they are trying to locate my phone. Shocking Customer Service. I never wish to leave poor feedback but this is ridiculous - I do not have my phone or the money. AVOID!

Writing as a seller- was offered £51 for my phone, it was in perfect condition. Sent it in, then received revised offer of £40, due to loose back casing- which I did not agree with.
I rejected the offer, they had it reviewed and eventually after a few emails, they agreed that phone was in good condition, so I got original price.
So not as straightforward as a seller as I had hoped, but situation resolved in the end.

Great price for my old S10 and same day payment. Highly recommended!
