Very disappointed with the price paid of £10- instead of the £18 offer price due to "scratches".

The phone had NO scratches on it when posted to this company. Either my eyesight is extremely poor (which it isn't) and I did not see the "scratches" or this price reduction was done to ensure I sent them the phone rather than to another company.
It's only a small amount of money but it's the principle that I object to.

Will not be recommending this company nor using them again.

I was a little sceptical about sending my device to a company I didn’t know but I need not have worried! I was kept informed at every step and I received the full amount quoted straight into my bank account. From sending the device to receiving the payment was less than a week.

I Need A Mobile gave the best price online, they paid the postage for me to send the phone to there depot, and once they received the phone and checked it was in working order they processed the payment in to my bank within the day.

Great phone. Good value for money. Item was just as described. Could’ve done with a clean beforehand but all in all it’s a great item. Delivery and tracking was good too. Very pleased.

The phone was as described arrived quickly and met my needs.
The only issue was the phone was still network locked however this was resolved quickly after 2 emails and a code provided

5s working mobile sent with offer of £8.
Revised offer of £2 was made stating has wear and tear. No mention only asked if in working condition on website

Rip off company do not recommend

iPhone come no charger and where is the guarantee as no paperwork nd poorly packaged

The phone was delivered and it was dirty and was to be very good condition unlocked ,covered with scratches and was not unlocked

When I sent the phone to them they revised the offer to £200 reason being 'deep scratches'. What a joke, the phone has no visible scratches at all. Of course you will find light scratches if you look with a microscope. I don't know what they are expecting from a 2nd hand 2.5 yo phone since I took great care of it better than most people I promise.

Stop listing unrealistic prices and vague conditions and then scalp your customers, you just end up wasting both of our time.

Great deals at this company. Very helpful, if you e-mail with a question. Also very prompt with a reply. The phone I purchased, arrivied as described. So accurate descriptions in their advertising. I thought, pricing was fair. I would definitly use this company, when looking for a cheaper used phone.

Sold my phone to them for an agreed price, upon receiving it they claimed problems (black spot camera?) which did not exist at the time of sending it and tried to negotiate 50% off.

Felt like a very steep drop for issues not visible to the naked eye.
