Been using these inks for since I bought the printer 7 years ago. Always had good service and the inks have performed well - At least as good as canon’s own brand and much more reasonably priced!

Just joined INKredible for my printer ink cartridges . Very easy efficient, and most of all very price competitive

Excellent service as usual. I have been using inkredible for over 13 years and their products and service are always impeccable. Today I made an error and ordered the wrong cartridges, even though I confirmed at checkout that I had picked the right ones, doh! When I realised I went on to live chat and the problem was sorted in just a couple of minutes. Order amended and refund processed for the balance. Well done Callum and Inkredible!

Easy to order

After delivering wrong cartridges, received points to offset from returned cartridges. So all good now

Been buying from this company for about 9yrs but the last couple of times i have bought cartridges for my Epson XP-8600 there is always problems with either compatibility or locating the cartridge in place.
In the last Multi pack 3 cartridges either where not compatible or didn't locate.
Have sent a message to them and heard nothing, not the kind of response I've had in the past.
Quality no where near it used to be, shame really.

Ok, had a response and an offer to replace cartridges which is positive. Can't give above 3 stars at present as there is an issue with these cartridges with this printer so hopefully they can resolve that and get back on 5 star service.

Excellent service from Callom in INKredible

Absolutely superb customer service from Callum and INKredible.
My scanner stopped working and a refund was given for unused cartridges even though I was slightly outside of the contract timescales. The prices are excellent and so too is the service. I will use them for everytjing in future.

Opened a new toner several months after buying. It was faulty, producing streaky copies. Emailed Inkredible, they replied within minutes and a replacement cartridge arrived the next day. Corrected a fault without quibbling. Couldn't fault the service. Will definitely order from Inkredible again, even if spellcheck has a fit over its name!

I have ordered from INKredible.co.uk before. All the cartridges were very compatible with my Canon TS8360 series.They print well and are easy to insert. Excellent price

So far I’ve only bought laser toner which has worked brilliantly. I’ve just ordered some inkjet cartridges. Website is easy to use.

Up to now I have only used INkredible once based on excellent reviews. However, I had one black cartridge that despite trying would not install in my Epson printer. Luckily I had a spare bought elsewhere. After some small difficulty (via email) I was refunded and actually ordered 2 more black cartridges which I have not yet used, so fingers crossed. However, today I replaced a colour cartridge and needed many attempts to get past messages that it was not correctly installed. It is the first INKredible colour cartridge i have used. I have had this printer some time and have never encountered these issues with other suppliers cartridges. Yes, it worked eventually after removing and reinstalling a few times. So this is a bit of a mixed opinion - was I just unlucky with 2 of the items from first order? I do need to place a new order will do so with INKredible, partly because I feel I was just unlucky and partly because their (boxed) packaging is convenient - and they do seem to handle complaints fairly and promptly.
Just a late correction - I placed new order elsewhere as INKredible do not offer multipack of the 4 "small" cartridges and the 4 individual ones are charged at full price, way more than the complete all inclusive pack.
