4 stars, because nobody's perfect.
I have been with inniaccounts for 8 years.
I am hopeless with numbers, I have been in and out of IR35. I have picked up and swapped plenty of contracts. In short, I've been far from a perfect client.
But in that time my billing rate has doubled. And I'm getting calls offering me more.
Inniaccounts has been part of my success. They have allowed me to get on with doing what I do well, while calmly dealing with my confusion about everything.

Love the software. It was easy to get my business set up and the team were fantastic.

Setting up the company from the start to compete all formalities with HMRC etc till the end was smooth and I was always informed of next steps and what to expect.

I requested to close my company and received an outrageous quotation for £397+VAT to close down the PAYE Scheme, terminate the RTI submissions to HMRC and issue P45s. At which point I refused to pay and Inniaccount didn't start the reduction of the end of year accounts until this was resolved delaying the process.

Inniaccounts have been really fantastic. They are very knowledgeable if you are an IT contractor, the software is easy to use and you will get a response from their customer service within 24 hours with any questions. On top of that they are the cheapest price on the market for the services they provide. If you are an IT contractor then they are the obvious choice for your accountants!

Inniaccounts does what it says on the tin. I had a fairly simple business to set up - me as sole revenue earner and spouse as 25% shareholder. I’ve gone for the service where they do book-keeping. Everything works very smoothly. Very responsive service. IT links directly with my business bank. I’ve used payroll for a temporary employee. They do everything and it’s very simple.

As a brand new contractor who has never run their own ltd company before, inniAccounts have been crucial in allowing me to get up and running quickly! My account manager Jan is always just a quick email away from answering all my questions, and forwarding any queries onto an accountant if necessary. I always get a helpful, timely response which has been key in helping me understand what I need to do in order to manage my business successfully!

The browser management software is very easy to use, and doesn't really leave me wanting anything else from it, I can't comment on the mobile apps since I haven't used them yet.

If you are considering your first foray into contracting like me then I highly recommend inniAccounts

I have been using InniAccounts now for 2 years, they are excellent.
From the free Personal Tax Returns to the yearly review with an Accountant, as well as the day to day running of the company via the easy to use software.

It took me a some initial time getting used to the interface but I find it really slick and wished I moved to a cloud based accountant earlier. I have a dedicated named accountant, and if they're ever on leave there's always someone on hand to advise. What I find really handy is when I log in, my dashboard automatically forecasts my 'free cash', due taxes etc. so enables me to plan ahead. All in all I'm really happy with their service and price. Quoting 'CA3804' when buying their service also gives a good amount off.

When I set up my company I spoke to some friends who had their own companies and was recomended Inni Accounts by a friend who had used the company for years. One selling point was the software, which looked quite easy to use. My accountant has been brilliant, I worried that a lot of the process would go over my head, but the help documetnation is really well written and explained, and the team answer every question promptly and happily go over every detail. I couldn't be happier, and I really didn't expect to feel so comfortable so quickly. It has really helped demistify the entire process of taking a new career path, and I am so grateful!
