I’ve recently had my car damage repaired by IRG Merthyr and what outstanding work has been completed, from the minute i dropped my car off to the minute I picked by car up the service was non fault. Brilliant customer service by Adam, Jon and Andrea

Amazing
Adam and the team at Merthyr supported me following an accident I experienced in June. The support throughout and customer service was outstanding. They rang me with updates and when I phoned them nothing was too much trouble. What a friendly professional team and excellent service. I would never go anywhere else now that I am aware of them. Without a doubt my car presented quite a challenge to Matt Jamie and the team at IRG. However, they were undaunted and unwavering - the team were all polite, Professional and friendly throughout and my car was returned in immaculate condition thanks to all their sterling efforts - First Class Service

Well where do I start still waiting for confirmation that this company have applied gardx to my vehicle as per instructions and when they are going to send me and gardx the proof they have done it.
After more than two weeks and still waiting this is poor customer service not responding to me directly after numerous attempts seems they put no importance whatsoever on maintaining their customers warranties seems they can’t get rid of me quick enough.
Steer well clear if you want a good customer experience

I received exceptional customer service from Kirsty. She went above and beyond to make things more comfortable for my son who is autistic and struggles with changing vehicles. She sent me photo's of the courtesy car before hand and checked if we had any specifications that she could control, this helped so much. She kept me updated regularly, and her communication really helped. She was very efficient and professional and didn't hesitate to help us, which we were very pleased with.

There were two awful scuffs on the rear bumper of my Honda Jazz, which were brilliantly removed by the team a IRG. The job was simply perfect! Excellent service throughout from Reception and the Body Shop. The cost was also very fair. Highly recommended.

The whole process for repair was so easy and stress free. Communication was clear and simple and any enquiries I had were dealt with quickly. Car collection and drop off was quick and the driver was really accommodating with request to pick up from nearby layby as it wouldn't be possible at my house. All of the staff I dealt with were so friendly, I would definitely use the company again and based on my experience, would highly recommend to others.

Did a great job, only criticism is that it took
many weeks but we had a tidy courtesy car and apparently the replacement parts supply was very slow.

Jamie at Hereford is helpful and speaking to just her throughout was good.
They did say they’d let us know before the car came back so that we could book it in at the MOT garage, this didn’t happen so then had a lot of faff sorting this and arranging where the car would go whilst it had no MOT.

The cursory vacuum they gave the car was appreciated as it was very dirty at the time of going in.

They didn’t have a courtesy car for us initially meaning we had to have one from Enterprise which caused more faff as 1 week in I had to return that car and collect a different one.

The repairs seem fine but we have hardly had chance to check them out as the car has been off road (due to MOT) then at at MOT garage and we only got it back 2 days ago.

Gemma and Amy were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Was very fast and had a lovely courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed. Highly recommend.

My car went in for repairs with IRG in Cardiff. They did a great job and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent communication, helpful with any queries, collected my car from home and repaired accident damage to my vehicle to a top class standard.
Highly recommended.

just had our car delivered after an extensive repair after a lorry went in to our stationary car. it looks like a new car, its immaculate, so pleased. the whole experience with IRG has been very positive, they have kept us updated at regular intervals, even though there is an online hub you can check the status of the repair. everyone associated with our involvement with IRG has been exceptional. highly recommend
