I had the INNOVV K3 fitted to my other…
I had the INNOVV K3 fitted to my other motorcycle which I have sold and was more so impressed with it, that I’ve had the upgraded K5 front/rear dash cam fitted to my new bike, including the new 3rd Eye radar. I obviously find their products to be of the highest quality and reliable, including the helpful staff both sales and tech, when having had the need to speak to them. 10 out of 10 products and customer care

For the money I was hoping for a better…
For the money I was hoping for a better quality item, microphone is particularly poor and picture is not as good as my 10 year old Garmin VIRB which I was going to replace with the K5, also today when i got caught in some showers the lens was misted up which I put down to water ingress

Hi just wanted to say that I have the K5 and sent a video in and it was displayed on line so I received £35 off voucher and I used it towards buying my H5 helmet camera and service I received was great. I’m looking forward to sending footage from my H5 camera in the near future but thank you for the way your customer service operates.

Excellent customer service
The real quality doesn't show in a company when everyone gives 5 starts as it just works, its when they give them 5 stars when it didn't work and there customer service really shines.
My DVR failed and the people at Innovv have been excellent to help me out and have sent a replacement after testing it, I didn't have to prompt them or fight my case, they actually helped and thats why they get 5 stars. Excellent company

No proper mount for handlebars and…
No proper mount for handlebars and worst of all they don't sell one! They say you can use a 1/4 thread mount but that makes the device look untidy. It is alright if you remove it when parked like a camera but this device is wired in so should have a proper handlebar mount. Especially for the price.

I have fitted my second k5 to my new Honda nc50 the quality of the unit is fantastic i found the fitting quite a easy the only issue is the crap app on my phone that’s why I gave it a shot the app lets the unit down

Innovv K5 fitted on a BMW R1250RT
I had my local independent motorcycle technician instal this quality kit onto my bike, he made an outstanding professional job of the installation including the Innovv front camera mount below the headlight assembly. A great service supplied by David at Innovv in answering a small query in relation to the mounting system.
