Quality product
Kit arrived promptly is obviously well made. Bit of a faff to fit fit well but well worth it and radar seems to work well.

Great Camera, Great Service.
I chose Innovv because of a friends recommendation and the reviews were excellent. On installation my K7 camera developed a fault, disappointing as I had a travel deadline to meet. The customer service provided by Sian and David was superb. The unit was replaced quick time so I met my deadline. The company was very easy to deal with, very professional and worthy of their top rated reviews. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Easy to order and cable received as promised. The K6 system took a long time to set up, only after I found out that putting the iPhone into airplane mode, could I use the cameras. Good quality videos

Delivered on time
Delivered on time, packaged and presented well however lesson learned - read, understand and follow the written instructions. Taking a shortcut on formatting MicroSD card as a standard fix does not work. Once that realised the rest was a dream.

The K7 has proved to be a quality bike camera. Good sharp footage in daylight and still pretty good at night. It was delivered promptly and the tech support were helpful when I needed to check something with regard to connecting it to a Hex Ezcan.

K7 is a brilliant camera but..
K7 is a brilliant camera very clear all you need from a dashcam. Sales leaves lot to be desired. Bought in their sale only for it to be £43 cheaper a few days later.
TechSupport from UK refers straight to Hongkong who didn't understand the issue I was having.

K6 dash cam suited my bike best as there is nowhere to hide a dcr unit with the other models on my bike. This made fitting relatively easy.

Innovv response
Whenever there is a challenge with an Innovv product in my experience, the initial response is always update the firmware. If that doesn't resolve the issue, update the firmware again. It would be a better experience to get a response to the actual issue.

The camera is excellent
The camera is excellent, however there were no collars for the front mount to allow for different size handlebars (fortunately I had one from another piece of kit which worked). The battery is not reliable, it kept switching off when setting up the WiFi link with my phone. My own power bank works perfectly with it.
