Myself and my wife viewed a property managed by the team at insight and within a week we've been accepted with a confirmed move in date. Very quick and easy process that uses blinc to gather all the information. Zach, Louise and Phoebe are an absolute credit to the company.

Zach Forster helped me and my mother with an application for a house that we so badly have wanted. He is understanding, patient and kind and went to the ends of the earth to help us get this house. I highly recommend, no bad word to say about this man. I am so thankful to have had such a lovely letting agent to help us!

If I could give less stars I would! This company is disgraceful! They don't answer emergency calls and when questioned why they become hostile!

Zach is very courteous and efficient and has dealt with the re-letting of my property quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him.

As a landlord, I have found this agency to be most problematic, lots of errors in their accounts, maintenance money being chased up when already paid, high turnover of staff means the records/emails get lost, not doing full background checks on prospective tenants (that is why tenants are processed really quickly) and ground rents unpaid, to the point that I received legal action and thousands lost on rent arrears and property damage. They were also quite underhand in their new contracts, in which I was never offered the choice of having a non-primary contract, I was only offered a primary contract at the point of a tenant moving in. This means I cannot change agents unless I evict a tenant as their terms of business (separate to the contract) treat the tenants as theirs. They never offered the alternative. Please be really careful dealing with this agency, I fully regret having anything to do with them.

I’ve been a landlord with Insight Lettings for over five years, during which I’ve worked with several property portfolio managers. Every single one has been exceptional, which speaks volumes about Insight’s recruitment, promotion, and processes.

For years, the portfolios have been managed brilliantly. However, I recently faced a significant issue with a property that was quite out of the ordinary—a real test in my opinion. I want to take a moment to thank Beckie and Louise for going above and beyond. Often, when things go wrong, people tend to disappear, but not these two.

When I needed to move house with little time and notice, Insight Lettings have been brilliant in setting up my new tenancy for me. I particularly want to thank Phoebe who has gone above and beyond to get everything sorted. She has been an absolute credit to the company in ensuring I'm fully up to date with everything that's happening, consistently keeping in touch and providing so much reassurance and support in otherwise what would have been a much more stressful time for me. I honestly can't thank her enough, and am forever grateful for the additional time and care she has taken in undertaking her role in the process.

Fantastic experience from all the team, Pheobe has been wonderful working with us through the whole process, kind friendly polite and really helpful, and has kept us informed all the way really thankful to her.

Worst experience ever, not sure if it is race based but their response rate to repairs is BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!!!!

It’s been over a month i reported the falling off of my backyard fence due to wind and naught has been done, not even a visit.
Yet, they were quick to fly over the moon for quick fixes once we were due a council inspection - dubious!

Let it be known that we no longer feel safe with our fence off and whatever happens to us and our personal belongings will be liable to Insight lettings.
