After my last visit I have been having issues with my hot water supply. Lirim Seci was very helpful and fixed it with ease so 5 stars for him.
However, insite energy did not contact me about the time for the visit so it’s pure luck I was home when Lirim came.

Great service from Lirim Seci. Our building management messed up the scheduling for the installation of a new meter. Lirim happened on my door when I was working from home and said it would take 2 hours to resolve the issue. He did it in 1 and a half hours, gave me plenty of notice about a quick power outage and noise, cracked a few jokes and left with everything clean and tidy.

Luke was great. He explained what happened and how it was resolved. He was respectful and professional.

Luke the service engineer was very competent and answered any questions I had very clearly.
Was very impressed with his work.

Horrendous customer service dubious billing methods and over a year in this flat and still don’t have an account or billing set up- and it goes on from their reply just got a bill finally after 14months still wrong charging me for a month I have not lived there. On the bill their contact number does not work either- absolute farce and waste of time dealing with them

This is not acceptable one phone call and no email. I should not have to do public reviews to get any reply I have numerous unanswered emails and we form submissions. I need all the above in a formal email to me. Again I moved in last year June and until today still don’t have an accurate bill. Your lack of process is unacceptable. Please refrain from calling in full time employed. I am not able to get through your telephone number as advised so need this in email. I have contact you through your portals so use them. I should not have to get responses through a third party review platform for you to finally wake up and get back to me. Again unacceptable and unethical communication and billing practices from your company. Look forward to finally receiving an email on how you will get this sorted. As again this is outstanding for 14months now, just wow!

So getting very close to month 15 with still no bill nor resolution. I have been promised over and over that the complaints team will reach out to me, as of yet nothing?

Jamal was great. Quick and efficient service.
He checked our HIU unit to make sure the hot water and heating reading was functioning well.
Our heating supply ended up being seized so he got that fixed and tested it to make sure it’s actually working.
He gave some advise on how to maintain it.

I had my HIU annual inspection, it's been a great service. Jamal arrived on the agreed time, he did his measurements and checks as planned. He's been very friendly, kind and patient in replying to all my questions about best use of the system and heating. Suggested some useful tricks for when turning on heating for the winter. Pleasant experience overall.
