Excellent customer service and prompt responses to queries

I previously bought golfbays softer feel mat but was grabbing the clib too much on my chunkier strikes. Got the 3d mat this week and have hit 200 balls. So far it feels good and no grabbing. Hoping in time this will help with my slight wrist pain from previous. I also got the rubber base which helps with movement, admittedly I need to sand out a more level base underneath. The 4 holes pre cut have allowed me to insert some rubber tee holders from Amazon and they sit just under the turf top so not protruding. Means I can stick any tee in there with ease. Not casting a negative here as only an aesthetic comment (so still giving it 5 stars), but I do think the bilious green colour isn't a good look (the wife is not a fan). If they made these a much warmer green colour to blend in better I'm sure the sales would even increase.

He was so knowledgeable, gave me quite a few ideas early on before the build stage which was invaluable, then once it was ready for fitting he arranged all the equipment and was happy to help with all my installation and set up queries. I couldn’t rate the service highly enough!

Having decided to convert a barn, part of the area is going to be a golf simulator. Following the usual online searching on where to start, all searches seem to lead to InSwing golf. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and it gets top marks from me. I built a cabin in my rear garden purely for the purpose of using it as a golf simulator.

I did a lot of research regarding equipment etc, and was recommended a company called “InSwing golf” in relation to purchasing a simulator screen.

I spent about an hour on the phone with Jamie listening to his advice which proved invaluable.

I purchased all of my golf simulator equipment from this company at a very competitive price and was kept informed regarding delivery dates etc.

I am not at all tech savvy and found that my calls to Jamie were quite frequent for advice, and I appreciated his patience .

Jamie answered my calls at all hours even late on Christmas Eve, so much so I could have added him to my friends and family directory.

Fitting the equipment and surrounds as a husband and wife team was easy with the aid of Jamie’s U-Tube videos, and even my friends were amazed how professional it all looks.

A cautionary note, anyone considering installing a golf simulator would be best advised to engage with this company at the early stages as I had to rectify a few problems which could easily have been avoided.

Other than that as I have already stated I would willingly recommend “InSwing golf” I have a great deal of confidence in this company and their after sales service.

Late in 2024 I decided to build a golf simulator in my garage. After a quick internet search I found Inswing Golf and gave them a call. Despite it being fairly late on a Friday afternoon, Jamie was very happy to chat for an hour and discuss the various options.

Although he is based 200 miles away, he was prepared to provide me with the equipment and guide me and my builders through the build and installation process down to the finest detail.

Over the following month or so, the equipment started to arrive as the room was constructed. Jamie recommended the Pro Tee VX with GS Pro software and now installation is complete, I am delighted with this combination.

I cannot praise Jamie enough for the effort he put in and the attention to detail.

Just 6 weeks after committing to the build, I have a fully working simulator that looks great.

We spoke with Jamie after seeing a few people on forums recommend him and his company.
Jamie's knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us. We opened a 2 bay commercial space (3rd bay coming soon) which we originally wanted 5 bays. Jamie mentioned the space we had and yes we could fit 5 but go with 3 and make them bigger and really make the customer experience the best it can be.
Also, we nearly push the button on a different launch monitor but again, Jamie pushed us to go with what he thought would be the best choice for us and again, he nailed it. Everyone loves what we have created and even prefer it to more expensive bays available.
Jamie was on hand for silly questions even when on the golf course or a Sunday.
Really can't thanks him enough and will be purchasing a 3rd bay soon.

I thought purchasing kit for my simulator room would be straightforward, but after speaking to Jamie and getting technical requirements, I soon realised I was mistaking. Jamie guided me through the full process, taking time to calculate all my requirements, and coming up with a full specification, and within my budget.

Start to finish Jamie helped me through the entire process, answered all the questions I had and even helped me with designing the space I had in mind. The sim box is great quality and relatively easy to setup (2 person job!).
After initially looking at the basic Garmin I decided on the ST+ after we talked through the pros and cons of the equipment and I’m glad I did, definitely do your own research then check with the experts as things like metal door interference etc were all things I hadn’t thought about.

Order came quickly and I was up and running in a couple of days, very happy with the result.

The facilities are first class you won't find better anywhere. Staff are friendly and welcoming and if you want a lesson Jamie doesn't over complicate it.
