Just beware - they don't actually provide an online quote - they will ring you, feels more like a company phishing for data.

Quick to answer the phone - questions were clear and understandable - not a 5 star due to the length of time the process took - I was on the phone for 59 minutes!

Julian was helpful and the policy is a sensible no nonsense policy that recognises and allows for the fact that people don’t necessarily visit their holiday homes abroad within every 30
days. I always look around but invariably come back to Intasure. They also don’t do nonsense such as asking for a figure to rebuild your apartment within an apartment block when you have no idea what an of the other occupants do insurance wise! My policy covers £1,000,000 which would allow my apartment to be rebuilt no matter what the arrangements of other occupants are. You can’t rebuild an apartment in a block for £250,000 or whatever the rebuild costs might be! What are the other insurance companies going to do - somehow magically rebuild my apartment alone in isolation to the others or force me to accept a low sum and have to try and find somewhere else to rebuild???

Intasure seems to be one of the very few insurers that will insure an old (ie over 30 years) static caravan, especially one that is on a private site rather than a holiday park. Vikash was very helpful even though the circumstances didn't neatly fit with the norm for the questions he had to ask, and he did phone back when he said he would! Pity about the £65 admin fee included in the cost, hence not 5 stars.

My special case was dealt with very professionally and in a very helpful way, although my English is not good and I needed to ask quite a few times about the meaning of words. A very special thank you for guiding me through all this. I received my policy shortly after that per email, all settled and done in less than one hour. Perfect customer care!

We were with Intasure since 2008 , then this year told me they no longer cover UAE , no reason!! Although last year we had a claim and did not want to know , so maybe they did us a favour!!
