Intasure had no problem offering me a combined household insurance policy in 2020 on a house they knew was built in the early 1900s. They never sent anyone over to inspect it before they made a decision and were informed at the time that a thorough survey on the house came back with no reported issues. Two weeks ago, they declined a claim relating to damages caused to my roof by storm Babet in October, citing general 'wear and tear' as the cause of the damage. What was rather poor was their attempt to back up their decision by arguing that there was not enough damage to neighbouring properties to suggest that the storm was indeed the cause of the damage to my roof. Having been their customer since 2016, I now deeply regret the £££s I spent on their premium, which would have been enough to cover at least half the cost of the roof replacement bill that I now have to foot either way.

Simple to transact with. the price was very competitive and Zac was excellent

Zac proactively talked me through the policy, called me when he said he would and all in all was very helpful in getting the policy in place.

I was in a very difficult position with my current insurer and had tried various other companies with no luck when I contacted Intasure. The helpful friendly staff were amazing and understood my needs and requirements and were quick to search for options. They even managed to get me further discounts to lower the price. I can now continue to travel and do the things I enjoy with complete peace of mind that my insurance needs are being covered.

This year's quote £648.00 for building cover only ( excluding earth quakes) to 1 million. House in UK has building cost to 1 million. Includes subcidence, 85 k contents. New for old,and accidental damage to building. Bikes also included as extra. Total cost £202.00
