Very poor service and response
Very poor service and response. I tried to change delivery date immediately after online purchase. This was not done even though the company had 2 days notice. Very poor response from company regarding this issue.

Simple website to navigate, and to place an order. They couldn't deliver on a Saturday in my particular area, but I was informed of this promptly and an alternative date was arranged easily. Product arrived safely and was adored by my wife, the recipient, as it was her birthday 🎂!
