I ordered a bunch of flowers as a birthday gift 2 days before their birthday. The flowers arrived on time and they were delighted with them! As they were at work when the courier delivered them, the courier delivered them in a safe and sheltered place, and left a calling card explaining where they put them. Great service, beautiful flowers!

The bouquet of flowers ordered was…
The bouquet of flowers we ordered was large, but when we received a photo of the flowers delivered. They looked like a medium size bouquet rather than large. However the flowers chosen were perfect. They were lovely and fresh and were beautifully put together.

Poor quality
I felt that the quality of the flowers received were not worth the price paid for them. Another bouquet from a local florist arrived the same day from another family member. It was vastly superior and stayed fresh for much longer. The bouquet that I ordered did not match the advertised offering. I was embarrassed when I saw the two bouquets side-by-side. The one I ordered was entirely wilted and was mostly carnations and had no lilies and just one small rose.

Another beautiful delivery!
Another beautiful delivery by Interflora! The ordering process was very straightforward, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The florist sent me a photo of the bouquet which didn’t do it justice as it was so much better in real life. I received an absolutely gorgeous bouquet that had been carefully put together. The delivery went smoothly - I was given a delivery window, and it arrived well within that window. Overall, I am delighted with Interflora’s service, and the beautiful flowers delivered by a local florist.
