My son ordered flowers for Mother's day and my birthday. When they arrived, while there was a beautiful mix of flowers, they were of poor quality with brown tinges on the petals of some and the lily's... Toon meer

Good user friendly communication. Prompt delivery. Flowers were very similar to stock picture from website. However it would be good to have estimate sizes of bouquets on the website.

Interflora did not deliver flowers on time.

Interflora did not deliver flowers on time. They were 24 hours late. When they were delivered the enclosed docket said they were delivered on time. They were not left in the "porch" as instructed.

Delivered to the wrong house bad service

Delivered to the wrong house. It was for a very special day abd took them 3 dats to reply and 4 days to apologise. Given exact location, couldnt be bothered to follow it and just left on a random door. I choose IF as they delevired to my mums house on numerous occasions before eventhought their prises are very high abd I had to pay for delivery. No offer to reimburse delivery charge either. Wont use again

Cancelled order at last minute

Accepted my order for delivery to a particular address, and then a week later, on the day the order was supposed to be delivered, emailed to say they didn’t have a local florist in that area and canceled my order. Very annoying as it was then too late to go with another company in time, and they should have known whether they had local florist partners when they accepted the order.

Bunch of flowers too small

Bunch of flowers that arrived looked much smaller than photo representing what was to be sent. This is second time I have had this experience. Wont use interflora again. Probsbly better to go direct to a florist ensure quality matches price paid.
