I've used interflora on a few occasions and have always been delighted with the service. The information you receive and updates on the orders are excellent.
The flowers are always beautiful and I like that they are delivered by a local florist 🙂

The correspondence I received from InterFlora keeping me posted on flowers being delivered and including photo evidence. My sister delighted with her flowers. Thank you.

The flowers were delivered in the same day as the order, the flowers received were beautifully arranged and the recipient was delighted with the quality.

Everything fine with delivery, communication. However paying 65 euro for all off 9 flowers was a bit of a stetch. I would have been better off getting flowers from a petrol station and would have been better value.

I requested an early delivery but flowers did not arrive till 5pm, even though i ordered 2 days beforehand.Luckily the Birthday girl had not gone out. Also flowers were mostly white with a couple of cream flowers..they were supposed to be pale pinks, cream and yellows. I was dissapointed !

Very special occasions for us sisters here in Ireland...happened in Australia..like our sister passed away, we were with her tg..but after that your company stepped in for us with beautiful flowers for remembrance on her Birthday, 1st Anniversary from home and sadly her husband joined her 8 mths later and flowers for him too❤️...all arrived on the correct day with card and family loved them..Thank you.

Flowers were mean and very disappointing. I was glad the person who received them sent me a picture or I would never have known. I complained and they changed them but they still were not up to scratch to be honest. Won't be ordering from there again

I wish if i could rate this without any star, as their service is absolutely pathetic, i ordered their service from Ireland and want to deliver in india, first they did not delivery on time on first day and when i did lot of chasing then they said it will be done on the next day between 9-1pm and then i had to do lot of follow up and they said "we are short of few things hence we did not deliver" but there was no communication to customer that why order is not delivered or not delivering, and when i said just deliver with what they have with them, they said it will be delivered between 1-5pm and when i checked the status on watsapp helpdesk they said delivery time has changed to 5-9pm and finally when i checked 1hr before delivery they confidently said it will be delieved rest assured and finally when i checked 15mins before their end of committed time they said we are initiating refund. What a professional team you have deployed, this company have no sense of professionalism, their commitments are just words there is no real meaning behind commitments, they don't value customer's feedback and one of representative even said what resolution are you expecting, i mean what odacity these people have got they can even challenge customer when they are at fault completely.

Also, they control reviews for interflora.in on google reviews and does not let users submit their feedback on google, hence i am submitting my review here.

Ordered a bouquet of Roses for my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary specifically as ruby red is the colour of the anniversary and rose is the flower associated with it. Interflora took the order and the costly price. On the morning they were to be delivered they sent an email advising they can't do roses but would send another generic bouquet instead. Surely before taking the order they should have ensured that they had roses available. No choice just "we are sending something different instead" imagine ordering a T-shirt from Amazon and they send a baseball hat instead and expect you to just accept. Very poor customer service. Will not be using again.
