Anniversary surprise ruined.
Ordered a bouquet of Roses for my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary specifically as ruby red is the colour of the anniversary and rose is the flower associated with it. Interflora took the order and the costly price. On the morning they were to be delivered they sent an email advising they can't do roses but would send another generic bouquet instead. Surely before taking the order they should have ensured that they had roses available. No choice just "we are sending something different instead" imagine ordering a T-shirt from Amazon and they send a baseball hat instead and expect you to just accept. Very poor customer service. Will not be using again.

The lady who delivered the flowers was so excited when she saw my parents garden when she was delivering 2 bouquets. My parents are elderly and while the flowers were beautiful her compliments about the garden was what they told everyone about.

More greenery than flowers
Definitely the last time I'll use Interflora International delivery. The advertised bouquet could not have been further from what was delivered. I was actually embarrassed when I saw what was sent in my name. Far from a bouquet of flowers, and more a bundle of leaves with a few flowers thrown in.

I sent flowers to my niece in London approximately around 10.30 am and she received them around 2pm on the same day. She was not at home at the time you delivered the flowers but you left them in a safe place. You e mailed that information to me with a photograph of the flowers in the safe place. That is excellent delivery service and communication.

XL size was disappointing
Was disappointed with the size of Bouquet, ordered extra large for the wow factor and didn’t get it ! Arrangement was nice but a lot smaller than expected
